  • The work was done very professionally, with excellent workmanship; the shoes looked almost as good as new, and the new sole was better than the sole the shoe had when it was brand new. The repair work did not completely make the tears disappear (that would have been a miracle), but it made them unnoticeable from a distance, which is what matters. The polish and shine were better than anything I have ever done in my life. The people at this shop were courteous, took time to listen to me and confirm the work prior to doing it, and did the work as requested and completed the work on time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work, and highly recommend it.

  • Excellent, I think my shoes look better than when I bought them! I dropped them off and they offered to fix them while I waited but I decided to pick them up the next day. They look great and they polished them too.

  • I had a pair of $150 shoes and had just worn a hole in the one sole (with the other shoe also showing signs of wear). I took the shoes in, and got them re-soled and new heels put in for $50. I thought the price was high, but previously tried to go to 2 places in the neighborhood and they were closed, so I was willing to pay the $50. Turnaround time was about a week. I am very pleased with the soles, but the heels are a relatively cheap-looking rubber. Shoes were also polished to a like-new shine when I picked them up. I wasn't exactly dissatisfied with the service, but next time will probably try somebody else.
