I bought the spa from Provider name locked. a long time ago. This spring through no fault of theirs it sprouted a significant leak. The first guy to come out explained that it can be hard to tell where leaks are from, but that there was one obvious one and he would replace that part and see what happened. That made sense to me so we went ahead. Not surprisingly, after he left and we filled spa, there was another leak. This time they came out, looked at it, went home, ordered another part, came out, replaced it, and left (on this visit they didn't have the tools they needed, my boyfriend was home and got them for him from his own toolkit).
When I filled it...a leak. They hadn't even stuck around to check.
So at the 6th visit (because there was a visit after the 2nd guy left, to determine the source of the leak--oh yeah, I forgot, at that call they left and said they would come back the same day with the part...only they never called and never came...when I finally called at 8 at night they said they had to order the part. Would have been nice to let me know. ..I'm mad about that one, I on't think I should have had to have another service call, I don't feel he should have left without checknig for leaks), the guy promised me that he had checked thoroughly and there was no leak.
I went upstairs, turned on jets...and a fine spray emitted through two of the connecting parts.
I called, they said they would send some one out the next day, I waited and waited and called twice, and when I finally got through...oh, sorry, can't make it today, but we will definitely come tomorrow.
So I totally get that a leak is hard to fix, and I totally get that it is much more satisfying to sell a new spa then fix an old one. And I will say that everyone who came out was very pleasant, and they always call me 20 minutes before arrival so I can either run home or be sure some one is home. The scheduling folks at the office are pleasant and efficient.
My issue is that not one person has been professional enough to actually fix the problem. In my world if there is a leak, when you are finished you stop and check to see if it has been fixed. EVery time they leave and leave me with a leak I have to pay for another service call to come see what the problem is (that'll be three so far this year) and I have to wait two weeks for ordered parts and then a new appointment.
They aren't terrible. They just don't care. .
I'll use them again because they are what is available. If they read this review and fire me as a customer, I'll use some one else.
If you do read it, guys, really, a little professionalism would go a long way. It was kind of a last straw that no one could be bothered to call and tell me that you were a no show for today, after two different people promised that you would be back. To look at the leak. That was clearly present when you left last night, only you didn't look for it.

I think they are great. The employees are friendly. The people that I work with are great. There’s one person who cuts my hair. There’s a person called Provider name locked. and she gives massages, facials and waxes. I think she’s great. She really engages with me and I’ve been going to her for years. I have recommended both of them to multiple people. They are just friendly and they only do whatever I want. They almost can read my mind.
