  • He did an exceptional job tuning an older piano in need of repair. He took extra time to make sure it was tuned to the best it was able. He was pleasant and professional.

  • I called Provider name locked. based on recommendations from Angie's List. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within a week; Provider name locked. even came on Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. He called the evening before to remind me of the appointment. He was punctual, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he went along. I knew that originally this was not an expensive spinet, but Provider name locked. professionally pointed out it's strengths and weaknesses. Provider name locked. told me up front it would take two visits costing $85 each, and that's exactly what I paid! When he was finished, he even played some Christmas carols for my mentally challenged brother. What a guy!

  • The tuner, Mr. Salwinski, arrived on time and quickly established what was making some of the keys stick (loose keyboard cover). He offered a reasonable price to fix it on the spot. He tuned the piano quickly and played it for a while to check the overall Provider name locked. . He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the pros and cons of different types of pianos, and how to care for a piano in between tunings.
