  • I've used Provider name locked. 's service for nearly 15 years now, and just recently discontinued after increasing frustration.  I have found the young people whom he hires to do the actual service are fine.   They showed up to my house usually on time and provided the necessary service   The problem is Provider name locked. himself who I found to be hopelessly disorganized and unprofessional.  Basic communication was often problematic.  He would send group text messages to all is clients.  So I'd often to be privy to details from other clients.  Prices and billing were often hopelessly confusing.  Provider name locked. often insisted on payment well in advance of service.  Since he incurred no fixed capital costs  prior to service this struck me as quite unusual.  I have two dogs and pricing was rarely transparent or consistent.  All sorts of mysterious discounts being occasionally offered   Further communications were often oddly personal and unprofessional in Provider name locked. .  In truth I suspect Provider name locked. once had a much smaller service which was easy to manage on the fly.   Unfortunately as his customer base has expanded, he's been unable to maintain quality.   I note Provider name locked. has been slow to adopt basic IT/GPS services used by many competitors that increase efficiency and lower costs.

  • Provider failed to show up for scheduled in-home appointment.  Unreliable and irresponsible.  This grooming was needed for health reasons, which she was informed of.  Not even a phone call to reschedule or explain.  I do not recommend this groomer.

  • The office was quite dirty and the receptionist was rude.  The vet was with us for less than 2 minutes.  She said she needed a urine sample.  She said she could try to get one, but wasn't confident.  She took our cat out of the room and returned a minute later saying wasn't able to get a urine sample. As soon as she left the room, our cat Provider name locked. copiously.  When we asked for paper towels to clean up, the vet was annoyed. (The tech was quite nice)
