  • Dr. Provider name locked. is a nice doctor but the staff is not so good, especially people who set up appointments. We called 4 times on 11/04/2014 to set up and appointment to get flu shots for my three kids. All the time they hanged up pretending that they are too busy.They don't understand one thing that they are busy because people are coming to the office. If they act like this, people will find some other office and they will have enough time to give appointments. When some one calls their appointment center for an emergency appt, they would give you appt after one week which makes no sense to me. Their moto is that let people cure in a natuaral. The same people will give you appts for flue shots after two months, when flue season is over. Is this not funny? LOL

  • The doctors were excellent - very warm, positive, and attentive. We also liked being able to call the triage nurse at any hour of the night, especially as first-time parents. The front desk staff were a little gruff at times, but I chalk it up to the Philly public service ethic. 
    Unfortunately we had to switch because couldn't deal with the wait times for appointments. Waits of over a half hour were pretty standard, and several times we were left waiting well over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. After the last fiasco - nearly 2 hours on the dot! - we finally decided to call it quits. 
    Amazingly, neither the doctors nor the staff seemed to think the extreme delays were a problem. Ever try keeping a feverish, cranky toddler entertained for over an hour with nothing but your iPhone and the contents of your work bag? Ever deal with a crying baby who missed her nap time, holding and bouncing her for an hour in the exam room trying to comfort her, and just as she drifted off the doctor finally made her appearance and jolted her awake? Not fun, I promise you. Plus add the stress of missing work for the appointment. It's a shame this practice doesn't respect its client's time, because we really did like the doctors.
