    Children's Dental Associates
As far as pediatric dentists go, they're wonderful. They are prompt - there's not a lot of waiting in the waiting room. Everything there is very kid & teen friendly. The office staff is very pleasant - always. They know how to work with kids who don't necessary enjoy being in a dental chair. They also let you know at the time of the visit how much you will need to pay. They worked with us on my son's braces payments and they send out reminders.

    Slawe, Dr. Stephen A.
The office has been great. Visits are fast, on time and easy. They explain everything before doing anything to our son. So far it's going well with no complaints. After the initial appointment to have an expander put in, it fell out the same day. I called and they asked if I could come in that same day, I couldn't, so they booked us for first thing the following day no problem. I really like Dr Slawek, and the whole staff is very nice.

    Stephen Slawek, DMD
It's an amazingly and phenomenally well-run practice. I think it's probably on the expensive side although I don't have anything to compare it to because that's the only orthodontist we used. The office is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly nice. The appointment process is really smooth and he is just super nice and informative. He has done a good job with my children's teeth. He makes it much less painful. My kids have such a good experience. They feel good and they take away a lot of their stress. With regards to their availability, they book up a lot. They work very hard to be available, but they are very, very busy.

    FreySmiles Orthodontics - Lehigh Valley
Dr. Frey and his staff are super friendly and accomodating.  I had veneers put in and got invisalign braces to correct gaps.  Everything came out great and the follow-up care was excellent.

    Kesselman, Dr. Scott
Dr. Kesselman is great. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his patients. I was in a time crunch with my impending wedding and did all he could to expedite my treatment while not compromising the outcomes.

Well first of all, I would go hang out at Dr. Slawek's office just to be there--it's gorgeous! Very swanky and designer inside, and gorgeous patio and landscaping outside. You can tell that orthodontists make the big bucks!! So lovely to be there.
The staff is very nice, they all definitely are good with kids (my son is 11). Very easy to make and confirm appointments, it's all automated and via email, and you check in on a computer when you arrive (and the computer tells you how many minutes late or early you are!).

    Udis, Dr. Gary
Have had two appointments with Dr. Udis. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with children (and adults). Though the two visits were brief we were not charged for either one...a pleasant surprise for my wife and me in this age of mercenary professionals. He said the charges would only start if/when work commenced. Very attractive office and pleasant staff. Very short waiting period. He is a preferred provider in my insurance network, so if we go with him the fees will be well-covered.

    Slawe, Dr. Stephen A.
Overall, it was a good experience. Of course, since they are orthodontists they don't tell you about any other methods for straightening teeth - just braces or Invisalign. The staff were super - competent and very friendly and accomodating.

    Klatte, Dr. Kevin J.
The experience has been great. Everything has been good. They take the appointments on time and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are very, very friendly and they work with us in many ways. They work with us financially and they work with us with her school schedule so I don't have to take her out of school unnecessarily. It has been very nice. Her teeth look great.

    Klatte, Dr. Kevin J.
I went to Dr. Klatte to fix some minor shifting my teeth had done since my braces were removed some years prior. My dental/medical insurance did not cover orthodontic treatment past a certain age (which I was) so all services provided would have to be paid for out of my own pocket. I informed Dr. Klatte of my financial situation; he was sensitive to my monetary limitations and negotiated a reasonable, monthly, long-term payment plan (I believe it was over the course of 2-3 years?) that would remain true to the estimate he quoted over time; i.e. the estimate was my final cost and would not accrue interest nor would I be charged any fees of any kind. My treatment would consist of about 2 years in which I would have to wear a removable retainer 24/7 and then another year (or more) wearing the retainer only at night. The retainer I chose was my cheapest option--a fact I was reminded of constantly. It was made primarily of metal (in the form of a wire that ran across the visible side of my top teeth) and plastic (which would lay on the roof of my mouth and held the metal wire in place). I complained to Dr. Klatte that the retainer would sometimes pinch, poke, or scratch my gums, lip, or cheek. He did everything he could to make it more comfortable, but until my teeth shifted into a position that more closely matched that of the retainer, it would continue to scratch and dig at my mouth. Instead of waiting it out (and, in the process, causing me pain), he opted to make me another retainer, this time ordering one made of 100% plastic (it looked similar to the "Invisalign" braces). Not only was my new retainer more comfortable, it was also less noticeable--the obvious metal wire was now replaced with thin, clear plastic. The best part: He never expected me to pay the cost of this obvious upgrade, just as he'd promised from the start. He improved my quality of life while still being true to his word. I met with him monthly in the beginning, but less and less as time went on. He was an excellent Orthodontist and a really nice guy overall. I'm more than satisfied with the services provided, as well as the finished product.
