  • They're required to make your life easier. They bathe you, assist with you showers, cook, shop, and bring your bills to the post office. They're required to attend any medical outings with me. They're supposed to assist the physical therapist. She's required to change my bed twice a week, and to do my laundry. I have bed wounds, and I have to make sure I don't get infected. It hasn't been a great experience. In the past week and a half, they have sent me a more older and experienced person. She's been excellent. I've gone through many substitutes since November. I had nobody permanent. It was extremely irritating. I think they should be stricter with the rules. I just heard today that they no longer train the new girls that come in. That's not fair to those who worked 5 years or longer. All they do is show a video. I had things broken and not replaced. The lady I had for the past week and a half is caring and attentive. She knows what she's doing.

  • I had arranged this several weeks before the surgery and my experience from start fo finish was excellent.  First, I was not required to make a commitment to the service.  The supervisor with whom I worked was understnading about the fact that I did not know WHAT I would need - if anything.  So she called me in the hospital the day after the surgery and we made a plan then - a plan that remained flexible.  When the Nurse's Provider name locked. to my home (I did not need a registered nurse) she arrived precisely on time.  What a wonderful woman and I cant say enough about how much she helped me and in such a gentle and kind way.  She showered me, she washed my hair in the kitchen sink, she put lotion on my skin, she arranged the bed pillows repeatedly and was available during the night whenever I needed her assistance.  She figured out how I could sleep most comfortably, kept track of the medication and fixed breakfast for me in the morning.  Because the nursing plan was so flexible, I was able to have her come later and leave later than I had at first anticipated.  I also thought I might need her for a week, but I only needed her that one night and that was OK too.  I deeply appreciate the relaxed and comforting way that the company approached my needs and the professional but humane treatment I received.  I will need my other shoulder replaced eventually and I will use Provider name locked. without question.  It is a pleasure to feel so secure and confident about such an important moment in one's life!

  • Here on time to demonstrate use of equipment, safety measures. Demonstrates for 1 1/2 hours. They are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. An amazing service by "pros". (medicaid pays for this service).
