  • The third time I've hired Provider name locked. to paint inside or outside my townhome.  He is always prompt, courteous and professional.  He always does a great job.
This time he matched the green of my front door and purchased the paint.  (This figure is part of the final cost.)
    Excellent service once again.

  • Contractor wads quick, very kind and trusting as well as did a great job.

We where very pleased with how our porch looked.

  • If you purchase the Big Deal: $1,399 Exterior Painting
Package then you should expect to pay twice as much if not more in extra
charges than the deal itself. Quoting Provider name locked. , “all exterior paint jobs need at
least two coats of paint and asbestos, aluminum and previously painted vinyl
should be primed.” My house has aluminum siding and I was given an estimate of
$3,600 in additional charges for a prime coat and a second coat of paint (the
deal only includes one coat). That would bring the total from $1399 (value of
$2,800) to $5,000 ($6,400 when you take into account the savings you are
supposed to get on the deal itself). When I replied to the estimate expressing
my disappointment in the cost I was essentially told that I should not have
expected to have the whole house painted for $1,399. I certainly did not expect
to get the whole house painted for just the $1,399 from the deal, but also did
not expect to pay more than double the cost in extra charges – I do not have a
large house, just one floor. The worst part is that I had to wait 3.5 months
for them to give me the estimate. Had I known the full extent of the cost
sooner I could have found someone else to do the work months ago. I understand
doing the work on a first come first serve basis, but customers should be told the
full cost before being forced to wait months only to have to back out once they
found out the truth. Needless to say I did not agree to have the services
    performed.
I am disappointed in the way the Big Deal is portrayed and
marketed. I am even more disappointed in their professionalism and lack of
communication. After waiting 3 months with the only communication being the
initial email and later mass emails to all purchasers, I finally received a
phone call to schedule for an estimate. They scheduled me for 9am on a Tuesday.
I took a vacation day so that I could be home when he came by. I was excited
and had lots of questions and even wanted him to look at some other work I was contemplating
having done inside the home. 10am comes by and no one has shown up or called.
Finally I called their company and was informed that he had come by the day
before and done a walk around while I was not there, without bothering to call
or email me. I had just wasted a vacation day for nothing. It took two more
weeks for me to receive the estimate, where I was disappointed even more with
extra charges that were more than double the cost of the big deal itself.
TLDR: If you are looking to have work done or to purchase
the Big Deal Exterior Paint Package, then expect to pay a lot more in extra
charges, and Provider name locked. ’t expect much in the way of communication or professionalism.
