  • The appointment was okay.  I have a lot of respect for Dr. Provider name locked. and feel he is very good at what he does.  My surgery last year resulted in a better outcome than I could have imagined.  It was wonderful to not have to wear a hearing aid after the surgery.

  • My appointment was OK.  I waited a long time past my appointment time to actually meet with the doctor.  The appointment took about 20 minutes as Dr.  Provider name locked. checked my nose and throat for any obvious causes for my sleep troubles.  In the end, he recommended a sleep study, which I had done a few weeks later.
My one issue was that neither the doctor nor the receptionist informed me that I would need to setup the follow up appointment.  I left under the impression that after the results were in from my sleep study, I would receive a call to come in and discuss.  Other than that, it was a good experience.

  • My first experience was with the Provider name locked. office where after arriving 20 minutes late, then waiting 10 minutes, they told me Dr Provider name locked. would not see me because I was late. Needless to say I was disappointed but the office staff got me an appt the following week (way faster than when I first set up the appt) in their Philadelphia location. The Philadelphia receptionist was VERY nice. When I asked her if my films had been recieved she said I needed to place a request to get them sent from the Radnor office (what? aren't you the same doctor) - BUT she called the X-Provider name locked. provider and got the report faxed over in time for Dr Provider name locked. to see me. I waited approximately 30 minutes (now that 20 minute lateness doesn't look so bad does it) and was called back. The nurse who prepped me was very nice. About 10 minutes later a doctor came in who said she was an asscoiate of Dr Provider name locked. 's. She was very nice but I thought - for waiting 40 minutes I won't even get to see her? Alas, I did, after a very thorough scope exam by her associate. Dr. Provider name locked. came in about 5 minutes after the associate left, re-scoped me again and then explained her thinking on my treatment. I have mixed feelings about the visit overall which is why I said I would return. While everyone was really nice (Dr. Provider name locked. is nice but very direct which I think could put you off a little) - I did not appreciate the wait and then only to be "treated" by three different people. Additionally, once Dr Provider name locked. was in with me I felt somewhat rushed once given my diagnosis despite having a lot of questions on both the diagnosis and treatment. She did answer them all though.
