Bob was honest and responsive. I brought my clunker in to be inspected and Bob told me that it would not be worth it to spend a large amount money fixing parts of the car that were essentially irreparable. I've dealt with so many shady car repairmen so I appreciated the honesty.

When I told Steve my convertible leaks, he said I'd have to leave it for a day or so. One day turned into 2 weeks and only then because I insisted I was picking it up. I never got an estimate, just a lot of delaying. In the end, he wasn't sure if it was fixed or not but charged me $135 anyway. The next rain and I'll know. But besides no estimate and keeping my car for 2 weeks it was returned to me in deplorable condition. Mud all over the tires and sides of the car. Sticky goop (that wasn't there before) all over the windshield. Carpets and upholstery were filthy. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RETURN A VEHICLE TO A CUSTOMER. He knew I was picking it up and could have cleaned it up. He chose to ignore it. His service stinks but sadly , he doesn't give a hoot. I will soon see if it still leaks but my guess is it will. Don't settle for lowest price people. You get the lowest service with it.

I first inspected my car before buying it (it was a used car) and they did an amazing job in identify problems, I ended up buying the car and so far it has been a really nice car and I have had no problem. I keep using Ramsey's Service Center for regular oil changes and state inspections and I always find their job really good. Prices are reasonable and they offer coupons on their website. I really trust Ramsey's Service Center and I will keep going there!

Alper is extremely professional. They are polite, make sure they listen to what you tell them about your car, and finish when promised. We were very happy with their service and will not hesitate to take our cars there again.

It went great. Reid was honest and fast. He didn't try to gin up business, and he made me aware of some issues I had under the hood. After checking with a friend who's a mechanic, they verified that Reid was correct with his diagnosis. Pleasure to work with.

Great. Would not use any other shop. Being a woman, a lot of shops try to take advantage and suggest unnecessary work. Fran O'Brien, the owner, never does. Have recommended to all my friends and co-workers Price has always been reasonable

Distributor (lasted 1yr), rear suspension hydrolic (lasted 1 month), tire plug (failed the next day). These repairs occurred over a 2yr period before I figured it out it was the "quality" of the parts All work needed to be re-done (I went to another auto repair shop for replacement parts and install). The parts don't last and you end up having to replace them at your cost and labor. ALSO, I found out from my the other repair shop the distributor was a rebuilt (charged me $300) and I got a brand new distributor for $300.00.

All aspects of repair are available with OEM parts if desired. No bodywork. Recently dropped my bumper, I drove home and used Coil Clean (Amazon.com) and condenser coils ran brown with four applications. Drove back and he professionally reattached the bumper. Dealership said I :need a new A/C pump. Cool as a cucumber in 97 degree heat now. Tip: Run the A/C all seasons on high for a few hours to keep seals lubricated.

I liked that it was fast service. I didn’t like that they didn’t go over what they did do. Interactions were good. They got me in and out. The work was pretty good. I think their price could be a little better with the market.
