  • First, they said they called me to confirm, but got no answer. They didn't call me because they didn't have the right number. So, Provider name locked. came about 20-25 minutes late. Provider name locked. so-called cleaned my Provider name locked. gas burner. He was done in all of 10 minutes. I asked how much. He said $60: $49.99 service call + $10 labor. I said that the total should be no more than $40 because their service call is $40 and the Angie's List coupon deal says, $20 off of labor. I asked why was he charging me $49.99??? This man Provider name locked. said that his company charges $10 more for doing work outside of their main office radius. Say what? I told him that no one told me that, especially since I live in Philadelphia, and I wouldn't have hired his company if I knew that. Is this how they treat all of their Philadelphia customers? I also asked him about the $20 off coupon. He said that was toward labor only and my labor was only $10. Yeah, it should have been nothing because from what I could see, he did nothing! I said that's not fair or right. He then had to nerve to say, then we don't have to do business with you anymore. Say what?? Provider name locked. ? My godaughter was sitting there and she said that she couldn't believe he said that. Seriously, this man said this. I couldn't believe it! If this wasn't the worse business flim-Provider name locked. , then I don't know what is. Before I gave him $60 cash (and I asked on the call if I can pay with a card, but that changed after he did the work), I asked for a receipt. He said that they are going paperless, but he will have Provider name locked. email my receipt. I said I still need proof to show that he was here. He went to his truck and came back with a business card, written on the back of it with today's date, the amount paid in cash, and his name. Awful business! You can best believe that I won't be doing business with Provider name locked. again if this is how they treat their customers and do business!!!

  • Unfortunately, the end result was not good.  The repairman diagnosed several possible causes of our problems and advised my husband to purchase an install a part on our own to save money, as well as bringing a few different parts to our home to see if those would resolve the problem.  In the end none of these solutions resolved our problem and approximately a month later we still have a non-functioning washing machine.

    My husband attempted to contact Provider name locked. and the repairman directly one last time after the repairman did not show up for a promised appointment, only to not receive any response from either party either by telephone or email.

    Although the repairman was courteous, I believe maybe the problem was that he did not have enough experience and therefore could not correctly diagnose the problem.  Sadly I will not be able to recommend them to anyone in the future.

  • First of all, it's not easy to find a provider (even on Angie's List) who will work on a Samsung refrigerator. We called numerous companies and they either wouldn't work on a Samsung or wouldn't come to our address. We found Provider name locked. on Home Adviser ( and later discovered that they were on Angie's List, but hadn't come up in my Provider name locked. for appliance repair-large).
    They called back right away and we scheduled them for Friday. They were to come between 10 and 2 and to call first. They called at 1:30 to say they were running late, but got here by 3. There were 2 men and they pulled the refrigerator out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fan was broken and so was the casing. We were very close to losing our compressor.
    It was Friday afternoon, and they did not have the part, but they went out to their truck and ordered it, came back and said it would be fed-exed to them on Monday morning and they would come immediately to finish the job. As we do not have another refrigerator, they asked if we had a sturdy stand-alone fan. We gave them one and they put it in place and taped the cord so the refrigerator could slide back.
    We ran the fan constantly until Monday and even had to turn the fridge down as it was so cold. On Monday, they came at 11:00 am and installed the new fan and casing, cleaned everything and all is well.
    We were very pleased (and grateful that we didn't have a ruined compressor) and would definitely recommend AA.
