I can't say enough about these folks. After returning home one evening I found that my faucet hd been running all day resulting in standing water throughout entire home. It was after hours but a friend recommended Provider name locked. whom I called and they actually answered the phone after 6 pm. Provider name locked. , the owner of the company was extremely pleasant, professional and her kind reassuring manner did a lot to soothe my jangled nerves Provider name locked. and her crew arrived about an hour later and brought in all their equipment, fans, dehumidifiers and other equipment and worked until very late starting the process. Provider name locked. explained what I needed to do with insurance ,etc. They returned daily to check the moisture levels, particularly on my hardwood floors. In short they got my house all dried out, soothed my nerves, and we're excellent at what they do! I would have no hesitation in recommending these folks. It's a team you definitely want on your side in a situation like this.

Our house was listed for sale and was vacant. Our real estate agent was showing the property one evening when she noticed that the carpet was wet around one of the A/C units on the 2nd floor and the kitchen ceiling had water stains. She shut down the A/C units and called me about the problem. The next morning an A/C technician diagnosed the problem as clogged drain pipes and cleared the pipes.
At 2pm I called 3D Restorations and explained that I needed help to repair the damage. I was told that Provider name locked. could be at the property later that day. Provider name locked. arrived about 5pm, used his moisture meter to record where the water damage was and how much moisture was present. There were a lot of areas (both on the 2nd floor and on the 1st floor ceilings) that had moisture that was not visible to the naked eyes. In other words, the problem was worse than what it looked like.
Provider name locked. wrote down all the issues he had found and what he would do to resolve them. He gave us a cost and time estimate that was very reasonable and said he could get started right away. What a way to relieve our anxiety about this situation. Clearly he was the answer to our need. Since we no longer lived in this house and Provider name locked. needed access at odd hours to bring and remove drying equipment, we gave Provider name locked. the security code that allowed him to come and go anytime.
By the end of the week, Provider name locked. claimed Provider name locked. . Everything was dry and all that remained was to put new rug padding in the area that had been soaked and restore the carpet. He promised to get that work done the following week, which he did.
We are completely satisfied and extremely happy that Provider name locked. restored our damaged areas so quickly and so professionally. 3D Restorations is a top-notch company that can be trusted to get the job done.
Thank you so much, Provider name locked. .

We contacted three companies for quotes; 1 never provided us the quote they promised, 1 was extremely high & Provider name locked. came back with the best quote. From the moment I met with the owner of the company, Provider name locked. , I believed that they were the right company for the job. We needed to completely demolish 2 little bathrooms and combine them into 1 larger bathroom, which required moving plumbing, walls and electrical. They installed the bathtub, toilet, vanity, sink, and bathroom fan, as well as painted the ceiling, walls and trim; and tiled one entire wall, the shower/tub area and the floor. During the job, my husband noticed a hissing sound coming from another bathroom, and when I asked Provider name locked. about it, he determined that it was a slab leak. Since it was a bathroom that we do not use, they were able to demo the bathroom and fix the leak before it got too bad. His team took care of that job as well, for a very reasonable amount of money, and then they went right back to the bathroom remodel. Provider name locked. gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take, and they only went over that time frame by less than a week (1/2 of a day was devoted to the other bathroom problem that occurred). They also installed our double towel bar, 2 towel rings, 2 grab bars in the shower and a medicine cabinet that were not included in the original quote. When they were finished with the bathroom, it was completely ready to use and look wonderful. Also, as a side note, a month and a half after the job was done, we were out of town when we received a text from a tenant at our other house stating that a sprinkler in the front yard was gushing water. The sprinklers had not been working for years, but were still hooked up to water. My husband tried to call a plumbing company to see if they could help us with the problem, but they told him that they do not work on sprinklers. I suggested that we should try to call Provider name locked. and maybe he could either help us or recommend someone who could. When I explained to Provider name locked. that the water had been gushing for several hours and flooding the yard and explained that we were out of town, he said that he would consider it an emergency call and go over to the house as soon as he could or would send one of his guys. My husband let him know that there should be an emergency shut-off valve for the sprinklers. He texted back less than an hour to let us know that he found the emergency valve, turned it off and tested the water running to the house and the water was still working for the house. I immediately sent him a text thanking him for handling so quickly for us and told him that I would contact him when I was back in town to handle the charges. He texted back that there would be no charge, since he only had to turn off a valve. Since he had to leave a job he was on and drive over to handle the emergency, I really expected to have to pay an emergency charge, but he said not to worry about it. Provider name locked. is our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs from this point forward, and I have even recommended them to friends who are considering some work in the future.
