AAmerican Professional Estimates LLCLeo went above and beyond what we expected. The job turned out to be a lot bigger than even I assumed. He worked his butt off to clean our roof, gutters and even did limb removal. We have a tree directly over our roof that spreads so many leaves. Our gutters were overflowing. AThe work was very professional. The people doing the work were very nice. The workers worked very hard and they had a good result - the lawn (Bahia grass) was put in nicely - it was level. More important, the sod actually looks good......many times you get Bahia sod it is horrible. This is really solid stuff.

AIt went extremely well. Leo was very meticulous in cleaning my gutters. He had a huge job to do based on faulty leaf guards. I had him remove them also. He cleared clogged down spouts and also replaced a leaky one. Looks great. Leo is thorough in his approach, takes pride in his work and stands behind it.
