The installer showed up promptly and was very personable and professional. He surveyed the area where my tv was initially mounted in the bedroom with exposed outlets and wiring and remounted it centrally with "no exposure of wiring or cable box". My wife was in awe. Our bedroom almost looked like a mini theater room. This was at the very least an "arduous task" with electrical rewiring and placement". His recommendations were solid and sound! I would recommend this company hands down and can personally attest to all of the positive reviews received.

Bottom Line: Stay away from this company at all costs. No matter what the salesman/system designer tells you, they are not capable of delivering what they promise, do not fix their mistakes and refuse to refund monies as promised. They are not custom installers but, more Provider name locked. to butchers.
I was introduced to Provider name locked. Systems by our Builder as their Low Voltage Subcontractor. Provider name locked. was to provide a list of standard items and also offer extras and upgrades for additional monies during and after construction completion.
I contacted Provider name locked. 's representative well in advance of our design center appointment to discuss what I wanted to accomplish and to understand what would be provided by Provider name locked. during the construction phase. I had several email exchanges, phone calls, exchanging of preliminary plans and equipment that lead up to a face-to-face meeting, in the model home, prior to our design center appointment to go over every detail and aspect of what I wanted to accomplish. I did this to establish a solid relationship before work started and to feel comfortable about purchasing equipment and having them complete the installation post construction, after closing. Based upon my meetings with the system designer, we seemed to hit it off and be on the same page. We had many conversations, emails, text exchanges and everything seemed to be going in the right direction. I was made to feel very comfortable and assured that everything I was asking for was routine work for them.
Provider name locked. was to provide Flat Panel Pre-Wiring at 4 locations, Cat5 & RG6 runs to every room including the low voltage Provider name locked. Box, 2-Channel Music Pre-wiring in 4 locations and a 7.2 Home Theater Setup in the Great Room including two (2) in-wall subwoofers that required me to to pre-purchase the backboxes for installation during construction. Plans were drawn up with detailed notes about placement and every aspect of what Provider name locked. was to provide.
During the pre-drywall inspection I met with the system designer to go over the raw install. I found several wires contracted for missing or in the wrong location, flat panel pre-wires in the wrong location...notes were taken, pictures taken, emails sent. I was assured the install techs would get things straightened out. The subwoofer backboxes were not installed according to the plan and were in the wrong location. Pictures were taken, plans circled and sent to the system designer who was to have them moved prior to drywall.
Several weeks passed and pictures began to circulate prior to final inspection. Not only weren't the subwoofer backboxes moved but, almost all other wiring/flat panel issues were ignored as well. No explanation was given nor did there seem to be any sense of urgency to get things right. It became clear that Provider name locked. really oversold it capabilities a one mistake lead to another and to another.
Fast forward to 45 days past closing and I have finally given up fighting with Provider name locked. for a refund of the subwoofer backboxes that were installed in the wrong location and not according to the signed agreed upon plans. Even though the charge is several months old I am now attempting to have this credit card charge disputed as I have every email, text etc. from the system designer promising that a refund is coming but, has not.
Thanks to Provider name locked. , I now have to hire a competent contractor to come in and perform the work I already paid for. BUYER BEWARE. Please do not get suckered in like I was. I can not recommend Provider name locked. for anything but, guaranteed disappointment.

Provider name locked. was always responsive to our inquiries and call. He provided a very professionally presented estimate and once we decided to go forward he completed the labor intensive work in the time frame proposed. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the use of the system. We would highly recommend him and would use his services in the future.
