If like me you are frustrated at the quality of alarm system providers out there you HAVE to call Provider name locked. !
He responded to me on a SUNDAY after I messaged him through Angies List.
My alarm system has been malfunctioning for a while and I had HAD it with the parade of alarm salesmen trying to sell me equipment I already knew I didnt need!
Provider name locked. offered to be here on that Monday but I asked him to come today instead. He was only here for an hour and now I'm back up and running again. Some providers wanted 6 HOURS of my time to install new systems?????

I have had no problems until now.
Tonight, our system starting beeping due to a fault in the "long range radio". I assume this is the cellular communication for the alarm system.
I attempted to contact a technician to find out how to clear the fault and then set up service for fixing it. Unfortunately, ATP doesn't provide prompt technical assistance. After being on hold for 20 minutes with the answering service, they stated that technician wasn't answering his calls and that they would leave a message for him to call me back. I have yet to hear anything from them.
I am saving about $20 per month as compared to ADT but I know from experience that when you call ADT, the person who answers the phone is able to assist immediately and able to see the alarm faults. Granted, if the cellular communication was down, they would not be able to see my panel but at least they could help clear the faults and get a repair scheduled.
I guess you get what you pay for. I probably won't go back to ADT but I'm going to find a company that's capable of providing support when it's actually needed, not just Monday thru Friday.

They responded promptly to my inquiry explaining exactly what to do to correct the problem. The person responding was exceptionally polite and courteous. I wasn't considering using their services but with the treatment I received when I WASN'T a customer, I will certainly consider becoming one.
Now if only they could fix my garage door....or train those people to be as courteous as they are.
