AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AFor the most part, good. I like my new doctor and he entertained my request for several referrals to specialists (endocrinologist, cardiologist, podiatrist, ophthalmologist). He ordered up some post-appointment blood work to review at my next appointment. The day of my appointment, the clinic was short staffed so there was a delay in getting in to see the doctor.

DWhile I would like to recommend Dr Collins, I cannot due to the inefficiency of his office staff. I have to rountinely wait for ~1 hour after my scheduled appointment times. Yesterday I walked out of the office when 40+ minutes after my scheduled time I had not received one word about the status of my appointment. Only when I specifically asked did a get a vague answer confirming that I would be seen eventually. I don't really mind waiting, as I can understand the difficulty in holding a precise schedule, but am really bothered by the lack of courtesy to give some update to patients who are waiting. I do like Dr Collins and appreciate his thoroughness and communication.

F@UHC Called Customer Service (sic) 855-873-3268. Worst "customer service" experience of my life. 26 minutes on hold. 1st spoke unintelligibly. 2nd "advocate" (sic) had a terrible attitude. Terse & hostile. Do NOT sign up UHC Medicare Advantage. Customer service is the WORST!

AGene Arangorin MDDr. Arangorin and his staff are wonderful, we wish we found them sooner. Great bedside manner, excellent expertise with follow up & customer service second to none. It's a rare combination that you just don't find in most practices these days. Katherine is the best medical front office staff we have encountered, by far. She can do it all and she doesn't miss a beat with her work and professionalism even when there are tons of clients and phone calls coming in. Joanne is also very efficient and friendly. Thank you Dr. Gene, Katherine, Joanne, Liza and Eric.- Charlemagne C.

DTotal Family HealthcareDr. Cara L. Jakob, MD didn’t acknowledge my presence. The primary care physician neglected my needs. I left in distress. I was harassed and assaulted. I’m so hurt and disappointed. How can this happen in a family health care clinic?? Tuesday, June 23rd, I left a Voicemail requesting refills for two medication, with name of the medications, my name, d.o.b, and phone number. On Friday, June 25th I went in person asking to see a manager. I explained to him the following, Tuesday, June 23rd, I left a message requesting two refills.. Wednesday, June 24th, I left two detailed voicemails, to please call medications to Walgreens pharmacy (AND TO PLEASE CALL ME WITH ANY CONCERNS) no courtesy called received. Thursday, June 25th called again, twice transferred to nurses VM. Thursday called back a 3rd time, I explained to the receptionist the ongoing situation. She is so sweet, well mannered & helpful. Miraculously, the nurse was available. I again, explained my situation, asked for my refills to be called in at (Walgreens pharmacy). Nurse replies, I will take care of it today. I didn’t receive an apology. Friday, June 26th still w/o medications no refills sent to pharmacy. Friday, June 26th at around 10ish, I made a courtesy visit to family health care. I asked to speak to a my doctor or a supervisor. Supervisor, demonstrated no interest in listening to my needs. I didn’t even receive an apology. I was calm and respectful. I explained to him, that I was getting withdrawals from Cymbalta. I missed one dosage & the next day, I was having symptoms. On my way out, I was questioned, why I didn’t exit through the back door. My reply, I would like to make an appointment with the receptionist. We exchanged some words back and forth. Out of no where, a male individual exits his office, grabs me by the arm, while pushing me towards his office. Of course, I’m going to react to such treatment. I had to call the police. David, said to the police officers, that I was yelling and screaming. That he politely and gently place his hands on my shoulder. Police officers asked to view the cameras. David’s reply, I’m unable to rewind the video. He continued saying, that a password is needed and no cameras are located where incident took place. I completed a police report. I’m still in disbelief.- Jacqueline G.

AFrances, Dr. Capraro Q.I recently started seeing Dr. Capraro and could not be more pleased! She is professional, intellitgent, knowledgable and gives me her undivided attention each time I see her. I could not ask for a better primary doctor and feel very blessed to have found her!- SUSAN M.

AAltamonte Medical GroupFantastic! Jamie is awesome! I took my daughter to them because my provider treats her like a child, she isn't. Also when she wished to see a woman doctor in the practice I go to, we were informed because she saw my Dr. 3 times that was her primary, so she could not switch doctor's. I found that totally annoying as my daughter wished to see a woman doctor, also does not consider him her primary Doctor. She called Altamonte Medical Group. got an appointment the next day. She has never been treated with such kindness or respect. Even though there power went off, they were amazing. She loves it, will keep going back. I have even considered moving to this office, even I felt they treat people with more kindness, and compassion then my own doctor and his staff has me in ten years! Office is clean, staff is super friendly, although I did not meet the doctor, my daughter loved her! Which to me is gold. They have no issue with no insurance, they treat you like you matter, which mattered so much to me, my daughter is 29 and should be treated with respect, and kindness. I am so pleased that she was treated as an adult, not my kid, she was the one they spoke to about everything which is how it should be always. Many thanks to Jamie, for making this an exceptional trip!- Ursula W.

AFlorida Heart & Vascular CtrDr. Bello was thorough in her interview of me. She also inspected moles, which concerned me and sent me for blood tests. I had an EKG done and chest X-rays to determine my heart condition. She referred me for a colonoscopy based on a family history of colon cancer. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. When my medication did not lower my blood sugar sufficiently, she increased my dosage of medication. I will go back in three months for follow-up. I am very happy with Dr. Bello and would recommend her.- Timothy C.
