I received a response quickly and an appointment for an estimate was made. He came at the time set and I accepted his estimate. A part had to be made and he gave me a call when it was ready. We set another appointment for the repair. He came and completed the repair on the day and time we set. I am satisfied with the responses and repair.

They were able to determine where the water was coming in. They sealed it and all around it. They took pictures and showed me the before and after. They gave me a 5 year warranty on it. It took several companies to finally identify what the issue was. The other companies sealed the wrong area.

    Elite Roofing and Gutters
My drywall was coming apart by the fireplace. I called Elite Roofing. When they came out they sealed the chimney at the bottom. The next time it rained hard, I saw that there was still a leak. The problem was not solved with their work. I had to hire another company to correctly identify and solve the problem. Robby McAlpin is the name on the card. I am not able to find this company anywhere and when I call it just says leave a message. They never call me back.

    AGAPE CHIMNEY SWEEP
My fireplace needed cleaning and every time it rained, there was a slow dripping leak coming down the chimney. The punctuality of the estimate and the service was spot on. He used great care to ensure the soot from the cleanout did not get on carpet or furniture. He was diligent enough to look up my location beforehand and found that he had been to my home before. The cap on the chimney was rusted out and did not fit properly. He had a cap custom made and installed it in a timely manner. No more leaks and the chimney and fireplace look great.

Overall I was very happy with the service performed. Jed brought his own floor covering so my carpet would not get any dirt. I paid $150 for Chimney clean, $78 for Dryer vent cleanout. Jed left me a detailed receipt with pictures of my chimney vent.

He was on time, very professional. He came out and sealed everything up. However, the roof still leaks due to More damage that was not assessed yet. My roof is rotting away and they did not catch it, but i did have another service figure that out at a later date. Very attentive to detail, i watched them work for awhile. Also, Very Careful.

They went up to the roof, they saw some wood damage that was causing the leak. They really did not know at the time. They quoted me a price to replace the chimney. I was not okay with changing the layout of the Chimney, When i told them that i would think about it, and use a different company. He went up to the roof and covered some roof with sealant, which helped. But the actual problem was that the chimney and where the roof connect needed to be replaced, Lots of rotted wood. Home inspection did not catch that. I plan to get it fixed in January. The provider did the best he could and was very professional. I would recommend them. It is a big job and he was as helpful as possible.

He arrived at the time he told us. Protected our floor and our home with great care. Was friendly and courteous. Charged us the quoted price with just a minimal increase ($7) for parts to repair the damage by the squirrel. VERY pleased with him and the service performed. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends.

    Total Home Roofing
The model Total Home roofing applies to its jobs is as follows: - Have roofers come out and quickly apply new roof. Little attention is paid to destruction or mess during process. - Afterwards, have 'Warranty' department clean up mess made by roofers I am sure the model works great in some circumstances. Unfortunately, if you have an issue that is where problems come in. For instance, roofers showed up on a cloudy day. Explained to project manager that it looked like rain. I used that new technology they like to call weather apps on my cell phone. Project Manager (Jason) stated they had tarps in case of trouble. Project manager disappears. Roofers do not utilize tarp when rain starts as expected a few hours later. They shuffle to the truck to retrieve said tarps until home owner comes outside yelling to get the darn tarps up because rain is coming in the house. Damage is done to ceiling. Roofers try to continue to roof in rain under tarp. Homeowner has roofers take material off wet plywood and wait until dry to apply properly. Roofers leave debris, nails, tar on paint, gaps in shingles, destroyed rain gutters, and other issues all over home. - Step in warranty department. Amber is a lovely person who tries to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the warranty department is unskilled and incapable of repairing ceiling issues. After two months and repeated efforts finally come to agreement to lower price of roof so homeowner can pay outside contractor to fix. End result. Final shingles are holding up and no leaks. The rains from the hurricane showed they could hold up to 40 mph with rain. (woo hoo - got what I paid for) Paint spots all over house where warranty used same paint can as what was painted before but didn't stir the can. Also applied in rain. Now it is thin and doesn't match. It should because I had stucco replacement a few weeks earlier and same paint did not show a difference in color. New gutters where roofers damaged with pressure washer. (big plus for me) New knockdown ceiling that cost me $2500 more than planned because of the damage down to the ceiling by rain that came in. So have a new roof that works, new gutters, new knockdown but spent 1200 more than quoted and waited a total of two months and used four weekends. I can only imagine how bad it would have been if I weren't at home the day they installed the roof. Some side items: - paint on my pavers, another weekend required to pressure wash - fence door off centered from roofers kicking open (will cost about 100 to have it serviced) - Did i mention the touch up paint - damage to three sections of hardy board. How did they fix? Plaster - They do not clean up at the end of the day. They do not use tarps as stated in the contract. They just don't care or have ZERO attention to detail. - Warranty department (Amber) is nice and worked with me. Trust me when I say they would have gotten an F otherwise had it not been for her. Similar to the one I received as a customer. You decide. They may be cheaper but do you have months to fix if they screw up. Take some customer service advice owner. Fire roofers that make mistakes like that and pay a few dollars more to those who don't. Fire project managers who can't manage and pay a few dollars more to those who do. I would pay a few dollars more for a quality product and less headache. P.S. I waited a few weeks to cool down before writing this review.

Initially only was hired to re-stucco the chimney.  After work started discovered inner support wood had been destroyed by termites.  Also the chimney cap was unusable.  Chimney was re-framed, stuccoed, and a new cap was installed.  Builder gave very reasonable estimates for the extra work performed.
