  • Have an old car. Couldn't get the brake lights to turn off. Thought we'd end up spending oodles of $$, but total bill was just under $60. They were able to get us in right away, and worked quickly and efficiently. Before we knew it, the car was ready to be picked up and the lights were working normally again. Definitely recommend.

  • I had purchased my 2008 Provider name locked. Elantra in September 2011, and there was a strange creaking coming from the back end.  I was also due for an oil change and had received a coupon in the mail from the dealership for a free oil change.I stopped by the showroom to see Abi Provider name locked. (salesman - WONDERFUL) who directed me to the service department and to Provider name locked. 's capeable hands.  This place has a SERVICE Department in every sense of the word.  While your car is being serviced, they offer FREE MANICURES!  Wow!  I didn't have an opportunity to take them up on the offer, but believe me, next time I will.Every person I had contact with was courteous and respectful, clean, neat and friendly.  While my car was in the shop, I went to lunch with a friend and told her about the service department - she was amazed.  She has worked with the High End dealerships (BMW, Mercedes, Provider name locked. etc) and was never treated as nicely or received the level of service that is offered at Provider name locked. .I returned to pick up the car, and although I had a coupon for a free oil change, and the car was still in warranty, I expected to receive a bill for something - and I was wrong,  Everything was covered, AND the car was washed and waiting for me. I love this place.

  • I wish I had followed my instincts and left.  I love the car, but if you want a Fiat, buy it at Fields. 
    Test drive was fine, but they were EXTREMELY pushy.  I almost walked out twice, and should have because I feel I didn't get the best deal.  
    I could only afford the test drive model.  Even though it had less than 150 miles on it, they sold it to me as "used".  I did not realize until we got to the paperwork that this meant the lemon law does not apply.  They made it seem like the only difference was in the kind of financing I could get.  Now I am also not sure that the 30,000 service part of the manufacturer's warranty will apply, I guess I will find out when I go to get my first service. 
    The manager was really slimy.  I mean SERIOUSLY so.  Kept trying to flatter me and talked all this BS.   He did this thing where he came up with this weird strategy of how I could buy the car and pay for the first 6 months and then refi it to get the payments down to where I really wanted them.  He tried to pressure me into post-dating a $1000 check for a down payment, when I told him the medical reimbursement I was waiting on wasn't approved yet and might be significantly less than that.  When I said I'd just wait until the check came in and hope the car was still here, he told me he wouldn't be able to give it to me at that price.  Which is when I should've walked out anyway, because the car would have more miles on it by then and there's no way anyone would pay more for it. 
    The slimiest part was when we first sat down to do the paperwork, some of the documents were Provider name locked. and they wanted me to sign anyhow.  Also, I realized after I finished the paperwork and got in the car that they had misrepresented the mileage on the paperwork.  The paper said there were 6 miles on the car, when there were over 100.
    I am really mad at myself for not walking out and going to Fields, or at least calling Fields while I was there to see if they also had a Provider name locked. I could buy.  I feel that the price I paid was too high and they took advantage of the fact that I didn't know all the right questions to ask about the whole used vs. new thing, as well as the fact that I didn't have a car to drive to work and wanted to buy that day. 
    don't even think of buying a car here unless you're an expert negotiator with lots of experience in buying cars, or have a friend with you who can negotiate for you. 
    The car is a great car, I just wish I'd gone to Fields instead.
