    After determining the make, model and color microwave we wanted and finding out that none were available locally, I called Aggressive Appliances, based on their customer reviews. I spoke with Kevin who confirmed that the model we had chosen would be a good fit and similar to the one we were replacing. Because we were unable to get into the store, Kevin did everything over the phone for us. The color we wanted was not in stock so he ordered it for us and it was delivered and installed within five days. Kevin and the installers, who put in the microwave, were all friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. The installers cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away the old microwave, something some of the other companies want to charge extra for. We would definitely use this company again when the time comes to replace other appliances and recommend them highly.

    For a big-box company, I was very pleased with them. Once, they came to work with me; it was very quick. If I had to purchase appliances again, I would put them on my list as one of my first choices. I gave them a B overall because they're a big-box company. They have more customers than service people. You have to find somebody that's going to be able to take care of you. Once he came to help, he gave his undivided attention.If I had to look for tile, I will put them on my list as someone who I wanted to visit to see what they had to offer me.

    They did everything I was looking for and helped. They were an excellent company. The prices are very right, there is no luxury in the store they have a lot of people helping people. They are friendly and helpful.

    It went fine. They cleaned up fine and took stuff away including the old appliance. Everything was very good. It was convenient. They are close by. They had the product I needed. I had no problem and the service was great.

    I had been looking all over Orlando for two refrigerator parts and one stove part and I was surprised to find them ALL here and so easily. The owner really knew what he was doing and what he had. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. His used parts prices were excellent. And his used appliances were impressive looking with great prices. I'll shop here for sure when I need to replace appliances in my rentals. It's so difficult to find a good used appliance store these days. He gives a longer warranty than most used appliance dealers. I really like this place. He also has some new appliances at greatly discounted prices.
    If you go there, be aware that the store itself does not have a big sign with its name on it. You have to look closely or you will pass it.

    I spoke with him after he left the house asking him to please just lift up the countertop that was being replaced 1/2 inch to get the dishwasher in there, he refused to listen, told me that he's been doing this a long time and that i needed an ADA dishwasher. I told him fine and asked him to return the dishwasher back to Sears so i could get a refund. They NEVER returned it back to Sears and i am still trying to get refunded for the dishwasher that never got off the truck, 2 months later. I was able to get a new dishwasher (non-ADA) installed the following week by Lowes and it couldn't have been easier, as the installers were professional. Sears unfortunately uses this company exclusively in our area for their installs, so looks like I won't be doing any more business with Sears either. As a note, this was the 2nd time Quality First botched an installation for me, the other time was a island exhaust hood. They are terrible. If you are forced to buy an appliance from Sears, please make sure they DON'T use this install company. It will be better to pay more for a reputable company to install your appliance.

    The advice in selecting the proper appliances was always on the mark. Their selection is fantastic and prices are always fair. The delivery service is so good that I give the installers the run of the house. The products are superior. I have recommended them to many friends and they have always been pleased. You will be pleased, too.

    It's like a small business and they have better prices than other places we've looked at. We've used them before. They are very good with when do you want it delivered. And they go the extra mile. They are very good. We chose them because of the price and then our previous experience with them. They are very helpful. They are not pushy. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products. If you have questions, they will find out for you if they don't know. The people and their service are great. I would get everything from them if I could. They delivered it, but we are going to have an electrician install it. In the past we had their installers do stuff and they are all wonderful.

    I have always found the in-store personnel to be very helpful and knowledgeable, but beware their service contracts.  Service from this group is simply an extension of the HHGregg company.
    Honestly, I didn?t think I could ever be possible to match my last service fiasco with HHGregg?s contract service organization.  I find HHGregg has a new company handling their service plans.  I must to be cheaper, since it sure isn?t any better.   The old company at least understood English.
    For several reasons, my last service plan resulted in my Samsung 61? DLP TV being out of service for over 2 weeks.
    Here?s the latest experience.  The lamp blew out on Saturday 8/17.  The service plan expired on 8/11?6 days after the contract expired.  I stopped by the West Colonial, Orlando FL store and they called the new service plan location.  Naturally, the only work Monday thru Friday, so it was a pointless activity.  I called 800-KEEP NEW (number provided by the store) this morning 8/19 as instructed by the store and was immediately given a different number to call?866-856-0212, option 4, then 2.  Emily answered and graciously told me there was nothing they could do?contract expired 6 days prior to the lamp failing.  She gave me a new number to call, 888-987-4357 for Samsung service.  It turns out it is Samsung service, but only for the mobile instruments.  They transferred me to the television service division.  Rafael answered and explained there was nothing that they could do, but he gave me the number of 800-327-4368 for a Samsung parts provider.  Guess what?  That number doesn?t even belong to a Samsung location.  I?m still trying to find a lamp.  I called HHGregg customer service and requested a number to get the lamp I need.  I was given the number 800-905-9505 to A & E Factory Service.  Explained what I needed and was immediately transferred.  Waited on hold for 17 minutes and which time Amy answered.  I gave her my name at which point she simply cut me off and disconnected the call.

    It is a huge warehouse with a lot of appliance selection. My salesperson greeted me at the door and showed me the differences between a few refrigerators. My old one died the night before and I was very happily surprised that they were able to deliver the same day. Their delivery driver was at the store waiting and he told me he would give me 20 minutes to get home before he would deliver the fridge. It was a very smooth process and I am satisfied with the services.
