Stewart Carpentry & Home Repair LLC
The crew of Stewart carpentry is terrific. After a major kitchen-area remodel last year, I asked them to come back for the remodeling of two bathrooms this year. One was a complete remodel; the second was a facelift. The crew always arrives on time and works all day--every day. I was regularly kept informed of progress (as I was at work each day), and design changes along the way were contemplated carefully yet accommodated. I am planning my next project with Stewart carpentry in the summer of 2020--an exterior house facelift.

    All services your way
Jarred is an outstanding and highly professional person. Responsive. Right on time. Fast. Businesslike. I needed a repair on a cabinet on my outside deck. Wind and rain had taken a toll! Jarred fixed the doors and damaged hinges and advised on possible replacement down the road. Inspires confidence!

    G & T Total Home Improvement
It looks incredible. The two gentlemen that came out were both extremely professional, did the work in a very timely manner, and their clean up was spotless. We didn't have to do a thing which is totally unlike having to deal with the recent vendors that have done work at my home. I can say that I am well pleased with the work they did and how they took the time to make sure everything was in order. Their prices were reasonable.

I can't say enough about Tom. He is a master builder; his work is A+. Tom came back to our house multiple times to chase after little odds and ends that hadn't quite been finished. He got all the inspection done. Tom gave us a contract with exactly what he would do and a timetable for payments. We added items along the way and Tom always gave us a fair price. The most important thing is that Tom is as honest as the day is long. We do plan on hiring him again.

The whole process was smooth and professional. Thomas is honest and straightforward. We had a good understanding of the scope of the project up front, including how much it would cost. The work is very professional and beautifully done. Thomas quickly addressed and solved any issues. We would definitely hire him again!

It started very good. Justan built the frames and ordered the cabinet doors. He then informed me that I needed to pay for the doors directly - which was not in the original quote. I figured it was just a misunderstanding so I paid for them. He came to install the doors after about 3 months (this was quoted as a 'couple weeks') and left with drawers hanging without hardware and two incorrectly sized doors just sitting on the floor. I've been trying to get him to come back and finish for over 3 (additional) months. We're now 6 months in to a 2 week project and it's still not done. Don't worry, Justan convinced me to pay the entire bill when it was 'almost' done. He got his full pay and I need another carpenter to finish it because he won't return text messages or voicemails. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is capable of incredible work, but don't pay until he is done. Pictures show unmounted drawers, inside corner where not enough room was left for drawer to open, lack of kickers on bottom (I'd let that slide, since I didn't specify,) small gap at bottom, and doors that are too narrow for opening.

    Land Enterprises Roofing LLC
October 19, 2018 To: Potential Customers of Land Enterprises, LLC From: Robert Hodges, III A Recent Customer After interviewing several roofing companies regarding repairing the water leak in the flashing area between my garage and house, I selected Land Enterprises, LLC. To say the least, I was impressed by the following actions. 1. The confidence of the owner (Brian Land), and the manner in which he examined the damaged area and explained the processed needed to resolve the issue. 2. The itemized estimate, that not only detailed the materials, but also the quantity and the final price to complete the work. 3. Another area that made an impact was the team's response, when I informed them regarding a few areas of concerns I noticed, the day after the repairs were made. They responded, being hindered only by the rainy days. They resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Therefore, if you are looking for a company with a family 'oriented' atmosphere, then I would suggest Land Enterprises, LLC. If you are looking for a company that operates on principles of integrity, honesty and professionalism, then I believe Land Enterprises, LLC could be the company for you. It's a family affair and you can become, as I have, a part of a satisfied customer based that is second to none. Respectfully yours, Robert Hodges, III

Ramp was built and looks very nice. They cleaned up the area very well. Were very courteous during project. There was a slight overage on the original estimate but very little. I thought the owner could have been more professional in that he did not give receipts when you made a payment and I had to ask three separate times for a final receipt for my tax purposes at the end of the project. Also asked for an estimate on another project and all I ever got was a two line estimating the cost - which increased 3 times before he gave me the final one. When I informed him I could not afford that much at this time he seems put out with me and that was the end of my dealing,.

Both projects turned out very well. The hand rails look nice, match the other stains throughout the house, and are secure. The carport is very sturdy, matches the exterior, and was sealed nicely to the house to prevent leaking. The workers were friendly and professional. They made sure everything was done to my liking. They answered all my questions and verified we were all on the same page prior to starting the jobs. And Bob stayed in constant communication with me while the work was being done. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both projects.
