  • This company is a problem from start to finish. I've had nothing but issues since I've started dealing with this company. They are extremely decietful and they rarely do what they said they are going to do. They will try to scam you with every Provider name locked. they get. The owner is Provider name locked. and he is the root of the problem. He is only out to make a quick dime. He tries to charge a premium on every little bit of work is done, all while lying about giving you a price break upfront. He over charges and under delivers. His assistant, Provider name locked. , who does all of the go between work with the insurance company (who used to work as an insurance adjuster) has been arrested for insurance fraud and this wasn't her first run in with the law.

  • Horrible experience.
We hired this company in April and still have missing trim and no siding on our windows (five months later).
When hired they asked if we wanted financing to which we agreed. We were signed up for a home improvement loan through a bank...cool.  We were also signed up for a home improvement credit card at 27% interest...not cool.  So we were doubly financed, one of which at a ridiculous rate, which we terminated.
The original installer came right out on a Friday and set up a big saw in the back yard and several piles of siding and left for the day making us Provider name locked. use of the back yard. After two weeks he installed the soffiting...over the existing wood...some of it rotting creating a nice safe home for the termites to breed and left unused siding in a box by the fence...where it still sits.
After two months we were able to schedule the window install, the installer no showed 3 days in a row making me waist days off.
When the installers did show they hung the windows very crooked, when I pointed it out they said that they had to hang them level to lock and the window holes weren't square meaning they had no choice but to be crooked.  Awesome.
The next day when the sun came out it was obvious that whatever gas was supposed to be inside the window is NOT in there and it was intolerable to stand by the window when the sun was out.  I called the company and they agreed to replace them, no problem. They were supposed to do that yesterday...and no showed again.
we've been playing this game for five months.  I don't have a finished job.  I don't have energy saving. I've got a pile of material in the yard that I don't have an expectation of getting used.  This is nonsense.  Absolute nonsense.
Every time we call the office they're great.  They're polite and helpful and give you the warm and fuzzy that everything is going to get worked out.  If only it did!

  • I was very pleased with the windows, though not quite like the Provider name locked. N400 Series we put in our other home.  They do have a factory feel to them, but I thought they would work well and options were available that matched our old home.  But when it came to cost with a 40% off  (buy 1 get 1 40% off) it was a jaw dropping 18,000.00 dollars for 8 windows.  We did not qualify for the 5 year no finance charge,  so unfortunately we would not pay that much.  Actually if I qualified for the 5 year I would have bought the Provider name locked. N400 Series again.    Their financing options are very good if you qualify for them.
