  I called to schedule hydrojetting if a sewer line due to root invasion. 6" line and up to 200 feet. They agreed to come out on Monday and said I was scheduled. They no-call-no-showed. I am on a tight schedule since I was leaving the country for 3 weeks. Wasted a lot of time. I could've hired another company that guaranteed service but was a little pricier.

  Great. I called the office mid-morning July 2, 2019, indicated the water heater was leaking, and they had the new one installed by 6 P.M. the same day. They were very professional, cordial, and obviously knew what they were doing. The old water heater was 19 years old and they upgraded the installation to the new Oklahoma City codes.

  A PLUS SVC PLUMBING

  Sent request through Angie's List shortly after 9. They contacted me within an hour (on a Saturday) and said they would be out around noon. Got here exactly at noon. Was unclogged (ran 100ft) in under an hour. Paid the price quoted earlier. Very professional and efficient. Gave some great preventative advice going forward.

  First, let me say that I've never been so excited to write a review but Cash and Nick have restored my faith in customer service! They both have bent over backwards to make sure my bathroom remodel went smoothly and efficiently. Nick has been extremely patient when it came to all of my silly numerous questions and my indecisiveness. They do beautiful work and I will be hiring them again in the near future! Thanks again guys!

  Overall, I'm very pleased with Hull and the 2 technicians Wade and Hayden. I've worked in procurement for over 25 years, so I don't through around praise lightly. After receiving a completely bogus quote from another local company, I called Hull due to their Angie's list ratings. They arrived at my house, same day, within 2 hours. First, they gave me a quote for the work on the spot after 20 minutes. Second, they had recommendations on how to do the job by routing my plumbing through the attic and ceiling. Initially, I thought the plumbing could just go through the door where the tankless heater is. This wouldn't have been right. Third, they didn't try to say I need extra things (like an additional drain) which would have ballooned the cost. They were super flexible and agreed to come back the next day at a time that was convenient for me. I really liked the fact that it was 2 guys, because this winded up being a 2 person job. They followed my instructions and put a bypass in the closet and used quality materials. The job was finished in around 3 hours, which was exactly what I expected. Another plumber told me it would be an all day job, and I knew it wasn't. During the installation I prepared the softener and they were fine with me overseeing the work. To me this is a medium complexity job (beyond just drain repair, fixture installation, etc.) and they were a perfect fit for the job. There is a fair amount of anxiety with cutting into your home plumbing and drilling through walls, etc and these guys are up to the job. I would highly recommend if you need something like this done to consider this company. I have high expectations and they were met on this job across the board.

  The pipe was corroded and rusty and there was a question whether the corrosion had traveled to the threads of the pipe (where it met a brass valve). There was a good risk that the threads would break off and I would be stuck with an repairable gas leak and have to get a new line from the meter to the home. Mr. Higgins demonstrated an comprehensive knowledge of the issues I was looking at and was able to answer all my questions. He did the job successfully in less than 30 minutes. More than anything I appreciated his responsiveness and promptness throughout the process. His price was fair and in line with most of the estimates I received. A good choice. Highly recommend!

  Weir Family Plumbing LLC

  Brandon came out and gave me an estimate to do the job. I agreed to the price and he agreed to come out on a Saturday. On Saturday morning I discovered a leak under a bathroom sink. I phoned and said he needed to bring tools to care for that problem. He showed up at 11am and stayed till after 5pm and took care of everything. He was clean and neat, polite and mindful of my pets who hung around him all day. I would recommend him for any job you need done. He will stay till everything is finished and not charge you for more time.

  It went EXCELLENT! Brandon came out, told me his plan to run the line, went to get required items, returned promptly and got up in the attic and ran my line. I now have a dedicated water line to get the fridge I really wanted! Brandon was straight forward and extremely affordable. I'll be calling Weir Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs in my new house.

  Choice Home Warranty

  Technician explained the problem and also the potential problem that still exists. He did get it to working but said I have a leak that he couldn't reach that will eventually need to be addressed. I'm not sure or clear why it wasn't taken care of now rather than me eventually having to call back for assistance.
