Physical Therapy reviews in Oklahoma City

  • He had fallen through a roof and he had multiple fractures. He is a firefighter and was back on his feet and working within ten months. They are so good with physical therapy and rehab. They are currently taking great care of a friend of mine as well.

  • The therapists at Micha Sale Physical Therapy are miracle workers. They are not your typical physical therapists who send you home with exercises to do; they do all the work. You can walk out of your therapy appointment and feel 100 times better than you did when you walked in - and it lasts. They tailor the physical therapy based on your preferences and needs. We use two different therapists and both are really good, and my favorite is Heather. Patients should be aware they don't file health insurance, you have to pay up-front and they reimburse, but it is worth it. My husband and I are both on Medicare and unfortunately Medicare does not cover the physical therapy and we have to pay for the services out of pocket; yet, we still go to Micha Sale Physical Therapy because of what they can do for us.

  • Everything went great. I was able to begin therapy when I needed to and they were able to work with me to schedule sessions around my availability. The staff was competent, friendly and professional. They were very encouraging and supportive but urged me to challenge myself at every step. The facilities are great.

  • Staff member set up an evaluation and targeted regime of physical therapy. Main therapist and a number of supporting therapists did a great job of guiding me through the established weeekly maintenance program. Staff was friendly, professional, and successful at improving leg strength and balance situation.

  • The staff is friendly and tries very hard to accomodate appointment requests, but the office is extremely busy and scheduling treatments can sometimes be difficult. I also wonder if the expensive treatments (which do reduce pain for a few hours to 1 day) actually speed the healing process or just line the pockets of the administration. They have you sign tons of paperwork on the day of your first appointment, pay attention to what you are signing (they won't file your health insurance in the event that your medical claim is denied by the liability insurance). Usually wait times are reasonable, but occasionally (particularly on a Monday or a Friday) can be excessive. I am still in treatment for whiplash at this time, although they say I should have healed by now (6 weeks post accident). They ordered more testing (MRI=very, very expensive), but it eases my mind to know they are carefully checking for and quot;hiddenand quot; muscle/disc/nerve damage which should be carefully considered before settling with the insurance company. I am very happy to have found a place to diagnose and treat this injury as health insurance doesn't cover third party liability claims and it is very difficult to find a provider who will wait until your claim is settled to get paid. I would recommend this provider to friends and family. If I encounter any problems in the future I will try to update this review.

  • Regional Physical Therapy Inc are kind, caring, and they want you to get better. They don't want you to drag out your physical therapy. The staff is efficient, they know what they're doing, and they work hard with you.
    - Allen M.
  • It was the worst and I was prepared to leave the facility until they became concerned. They had me so overmedicated I did not know day from night. I kept telling them something was wrong and they would not listen to me; they almost had my medication dosage doubled what it should be. They tried to blame it on another hospital that I was transferred from.
    - Randy D.
  • My therapy with Regional Physical Therapy went fine. It was good. I thought they were very professional, well organized, and good facility. No problems at all. I thought they did a nice job, very organized, and clean facility.
    - Gary W.
  • Did not receive the treatment ordered. Only saw the PT twice because they only have two at that site. Most of the therapists are OT. He did not look at my doctor's orders and never gave me any help in getting around my house. May be OK if you just strained your back, but nothing more complex.

  • It is an accident care place. They are pretty busy but I will not complaint about the scheduling. Overall the therapy was good and for whatever reason I went there for was resolved. They have a lot of patients and complaints at all. The billing and administration department helped me with the insurance claim and so forth.
