  • Unless you want to be undertreated or left to suffer, this is not the Dr. for you. those who suffer and need pain mgmt.should try Dr. Provider name locked. . Dr. Provider name locked. , even though I cannot prove , is telling every Dr. I go to see something of a deflammatory nature as they are willing to help until they call his office and then whatever he is telling them is causing Dr's to not want to treat me and again do your homework, read the web-you will see it paints a very good picture of all AIl I have said above 'and the worst part is the oath they btake not to do any harm and treat the ill. I think he is confused and thinks that leaving someone in severe pain is doing no harm.

. I do not recommend this Dr. under any circumstances.

Discussion with my Doctor about chronic lower back pain Provider name locked. to referrals for an MRI and a Pain Manager.  The MRI referral was taken care of efficiently and expeditiously and indicated severe bulging of a lower back disk and moderate bulging of another.  The date of Pain Manager referral was Provider name locked. 28, 2011.  I attempted contact with the office of the referred Pain Manager, Dr. Provider name locked. of Saints Family Medicine Center, Oklahoma City, OK.  The phone number given on the referral was to a shared clinic @ Saints, and I was informed that only Provider name locked. could schedule for Dr. Provider name locked. .  I was offered and took the opportunity to leave a “call back” message for Provider name locked. .  She did not call for over a week.  I considered the possibility that they had not received the referral, so I called Humana to make sure it had been sent.  Being service oriented, the Humana agent called the Saints clinic, while I waited on hold.  He ascertained that the referral was there and he too had left a message to call me to set up an appointment.  This call from Humana seemed to “shake things up” a bit because Provider name locked. called the next day.  She said they were waiting for info from my Primary Care Manager.  When Provider name locked. finally called again, she set an appointment for 9:30 AM, September 15, 2011, 7 weeks after referral date!  There was no explanation as to what this appointment would be, their normal protocols, etc.  When I asked if there were any appointments sooner, the answer was an impersonal and emotionless “No”.  At 7:30, on appointment day, Provider name locked. called to cancel, telling me the PA had a family emergency.  She said she was not able to reschedule me at that time and to call her later.  I did – several times.  Finally received a call back a week later, and I was hoping that, perhaps, the next appointment would be ASAP, given the short notice cancellation of the original.  It was not.  Next appointment was October 13th – 4 weeks after the original.  It went as scheduled, with the PA, who did a new patient evaluation.  She felt one of Dr. Provider name locked. ’s procedures would be helpful.  As I departed, Provider name locked. handed me, with no explanation of details, a paper with my pain relief procedure appointment, 7 more weeks later.  That appointment was for December 2.  On November 30th, two days prior to the procedure, Provider name locked. called to leave a message and inform me that the hospital at which the procedure would be done did not take my insurance and we would have to reschedule.  I could not believe that someone would be so inept as to not have checked the insurance situation in the seven weeks prior to procedure appointment!  I attempted to call her back the next day, December 1st.  I was, of course, forced to leave a message.  Today is December 13th and I have yet to hear from her.  From original referral to present, during which no actual pain relief has been attempted, is nearly 20 weeks, or 5 months!

  • He never takes shortcuts and I usually start feeling better after my first visit.  Sometimes it takes 2-3 visits depending on the pain level, but he is always able to help me.

Staff is friendly and very helpful throughout the process.
