Orthodonture reviews in Oklahoma City

They're pretty good. They're very professional. They're very helpful and they work with patients on payment. Just the braces, in my case, were $5000 to get them done because my insurance wouldn't cover it and they designed a payment plan for me. They're really good about communicating. They give me a call a number of days ahead of my appointment schedule. They say if you can't make the appointment to please let them know. It is always easy to get a hold of someone on the phone and if I can't, they'll try to get me in touch with someone who can help with billing or scheduling or anything that I need help with . They have students and faculty and I go with the faculty section.

    Richard James DDS
We love him and give him A all the way. He knows what is best on you and when our son used his braces, we just went there and did not go anywhere else because he knows what the heck he is doing. He is a bit fast, easy to get in, and all that. I love them. My son was there last August and he is going there on December.

    Orthodontic Associates
Orthodontic Associates has done an amazing job with my son's teeth. While they weren't bad to begin with (he had had braces previously), he was very bothered because his teeth were shifted to one side. While he'd been told by other orthodontists in the past that there really wasn't much that could be done about that, Orthodontic Associates' doctors assured him they could help. He had Invisiline braces, and the entire process went fabulously. I was really surprised by the great results, and my son is very proud to smile today! They were always kind and professional, and billing was great. He really liked his orthodontist, too. All of the employees there are very personable!

    Joe Isaacson Dental
After 11 years and over $31,000 cash out of my pocket and all the while believing Dr. Isaacson to be the best, I had my teeth cleaned by a another dentist in Oklahoma City. As part of the cleaning he took X-rays. He reviewed the X-ray with me over a computer monitor from which he showed me evidence of severe decay in several area under bridges and where Dr. Joe had left a root following a root canal. He told me to go back and tell Dr Joe to clean up his mess. I was never so shocked In my life. I sought a treatment proposal from a dentist in Edmond. It took her a couple of months to even prepare a treatment plan. That was her part of the plan. She advised me she would need to partner with an oral surgeon. She told me she partnered with him before when a horse kicked a teen age girl in the mouth. Between the two dental specialist, it would take 14 months and $50,000 to repair the damage caused by Dr. Joe. I have lost several healthy permanent teeth. I had to have bone transplant where there was so much decay it was into the bone. New bridges were required. The root left behind when pulled out had decay around tithe size of a half dollar. The adjoining tooth had to be pulled.

I hired a fourth dentist to do a paper review of Dr. Joeand quot;s ledger notes and my remaining records over the 11 years. She questioned much of his work. Importantly, she questioned whether he purposefully did things to cause more work unnecessarily in future months as if I was his cash cow.

I missed weeks of work at a time in 2013 due to bone harvesting, teeth extraction, implants, etc. My retirement date has been set back solely because of the expense of dental repairs this past year to clean up Dr's Joe's mess.

The only other time I wrote something publicly about Dr Isaacson as I have here, he responded by saying 1) he has never done the kinds of work I described, and 2) he has never lost a patient who has been with him 11 years. Hence, he said I obviously I have the wrong dentist.

I am prepared to submit for publication all records that will prove the accuracy of my comments.

and gt; Do avoid this highly praised dentist; any business can bolster Internet ratings and surveys
and gt; Do be aware he makes you pay for all work up front; this is not the norm. A small down payment in good faith maybe - but never 100% before the work is done
and gt;. DO compare the price of and type of crowns with other dentists
and gt;. Do agree to pay what your insurance allows

(example: I was billed $168 to reseat a crown; GEHA allowed $52 . Dr Joe billed $80 for an oral evaluation (that did not occur + $78 for seating the crown - he did not even clean it beforehand. He took it straight from my pocket and added cement. I was gone in $10 minutes. He billed me $168. Insurance allowed $52. I had GEHA For the last two years. Joe held himself out as accepting GEHA. More importantly, I had DENTAL CONNECTION AND HAD FOR 12 years. AND JOE HELD HIMSELF OUT AS A DENTAL CONNECTION PROVIDER. That means he agreed to charge only what Dental Connection allowed. I don't THINK Dr. Joe charged me DENTAL CONNECTION RATES IN ALL THE YEARS I was his patient. I AM HAVING THAT EXAMINED NOW. DENTAL CONNECTION ALLOWED AROUND $200 less per crown. In a single day I had 8 crowns replaced. I probably had another' 10-15 crowns replaced. This could be a great deal of money I was billed and paid and should not have.

    My Dentist Inc
Another thing they do is advertise a price for teeth cleaning but when you come in for your appointment they only take x-rays and work up an estimate for a thousand dollars worth of procedures that they insist you get.
The 'My Dentist' group went under another name early on, but the same dentist owns all of the offices.
    Never, never go there!

    Zylinski, Dr. Christian
From my first orthodontic appointment in April, 2008, I have consistently been treated with professional honesty and compassion toward my individual needs. If a person didn't know it, they would think that Dr. Zylinski and his staff are a friendly, family business based upon mutual trust and respect for one another...this attitude all translates into the same environment for his patients. Because of my age, Dr. Zylinski first referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the bones and joints of the jaw for evaluation of how orthodontic procedures may affect the function of my jaw, both now and in the future. Once proper evaluation was complete, Dr. Zylinski gave me personalized advice regarding all possible outcomes, allowing me to make an informed decision regarding whether or not to proceed further with orthodontics. I consider his services fair and reasonably priced, because he so accurately considers the patient's needs with all related services required. Before seeing Dr. Zylinski, my lower teeth were extremely crooked and at risk of falling out. Today, although I do not whiten or otherwise enhance the appearance of my teeth, people compliment me on how pretty my teeth are. AND, I expect to keep them for a VERY long time! Thank you, Dr. Zylinski and staff for your wonderful service with a SMILE!

    It went great!
We saw Dr Larson at the Mustang office. She saw us right away and treated us like a person not a number. She seemed competent and profesional. We were able to schedule a follow up visit a day later and start treatment.
A great experience with a super nice orthodontist!

    Zylinski, Dr. Christian
Dr. Zylinski is a fantastic orthodontist. His staff is great as well. The waiting time before your appointment is very minimal - usually less than 5 minutes. He's great about answering questions. I've been very pleased with the treatment provided.

    Elassal, Dr George
Overall he was very good and he explained what had to be done. There were some problems with my younger daughter's work and she had to see an oral surgeon two or three times; the two doctors worked together. Dr. Elassal was having problems with some of the oral surgery, things weren't staying put like they were supposed to, and there was no extra charge to fix it. Most doctors would have charged extra but I feel they took my financial situation into consideration. I was very pleased with Dr. Elassal. Dr. Elassal even paid for one of the surgeries because something happened and he felt he was partially responsible. When I called because my daughters were having problems with their braces, they were able to get them in within two or three hours. They were very punctual but when you're dealing with school kids and being out of school, you have to be. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for their appointments. The staff is very nice and his chair-side manner is also very nice.

Oklahoma Center for Implants & Periodontics
I have been with him for about six years. He is very good. His office is very knowledgeable about my insurance and how to file the claims, and we have never had a problem with that. That is usually a nightmare if people don't keep up with those changes. The treatments have always been good. He monitors everything very closely and lets me know as soon as there is an issue and gives me some options of what we can do to address it, and then we go with that. They have always been available. The treatments have been excellent and everything we have done so far has been something that worked for me. I guess I have been very fortunate.
