  • I cannot have pedicures because of Neuropathy in legs.  Just needed toenails cutdown and polish.  Provider name locked. is the one who performed service.  Was on phone texting whole time, she nicked me when trimming my cuticals and just smiled when I jerked my foot back.  Then charged me 25.00.  I said you got to be kidding, everyone else charges me 10.00.  I asked how much was a pedicure and she said 28.00.  I said you just lost my business.I have nails on also that she put on 4 days ago that were supposed to be solar.  I have been wearing fake nails for 33 years and know when I have been given a cheap product.  This is not OPI like she said, it is a cheap brand that starts yellowing in about 3 days, and they are lifting on the sides of all the nails.  I have heard other women speak up about this same issue to different women in different salons and they get really rude with you when you question them. They also are not using sterile precautions with their clients.

  • The manager and staff of this establishment are extremely nice and professional; however, as nice as everyone is if they get busy watch out!  On more than one occasion I have been there before anyone else to ensure getting a quality job, but as soon as others started showing up, and they got busier, the person doing my nails was told to go start on a pedicure and someone else came to me.  I guess I should have been more aggressive and asked to keep the person that had started my nails to FINISH my nails.  And as I stated before this has happened at least four times.  I kept going back thinking the other times were just flukes and my next experience would be better.  Not so!  The last thing I would like to add, and I feel sort of bad about this because a lot of nail places do this, is that when I ask them to not make my nails too long they want to tell me differently as if they know me better than I know myself.  I don't like confrontation so I normally bite my Provider name locked. and hope for the best!  Hours are good, place is convenient, but there doesn't seem to be much loyalty towards a well tipping customer.

  • I had enjoyed this salon about 6 weeks ago, so called ahead to ask if the person who worked on me previously was available. I was told she was currently available. Upon arrival I was told she was not there afterall; she was on vacation for 2 weeks and I was quickly asked if anyone would else do. I agreed. The manager then told me my former person had moved to Texas. I should have left then, inasmuch as I had been deliberately deceived, and that's not the way I do business. The replacement personnel was a man, who seemed to know his craft. After the pedicure, prior to painting the fingernails, I was asked to pay, which was fine. Regretfully, I tipped at that time -- and tipped well. While the gentleman was painting my nails I saw for the first time that he had grime under his nails -- and his hands had been in and out of water all during the pedicure! I don't know how it was that his hands were so dirty but it made me pretty sick. Also the cover on the arm rest on the table where manicures are performed was dirty, obviously used repeatedly, as were the ones at the adjacent tables. I'd rather save the money and do my nails myself in the cleanliness of my home.
