The repairman arrived punctually and completed most of the work promptly. However the security door required that a special lock be ordered and I was informed up-front as to what the cost would be. As promised, I was phoned when the replacement lock arrived and an appointment was made to finalize the installation. The gentleman worked diligently on the installation for some time and when he had finished, he demonstrated the new lock. I was absolutely elated. The old lock which from the very beginning had been extremely difficult to open, now locked and unlocked like a dream. My experience with this provider was entirely positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called Monday and the office Provider name locked. was willing to send someone out the very next morning however we scheduled for a couple of days later as that was more convenient for me to be there. When Provider name locked. arrived he was right on time, professional, funny and kind. He was fixing two door locks on my mother's back door that she'd had trouble with and he rekeyed the new lock we'd bought so that it matched others in the house. He also advised about keeping the key on hand so she could get to it easily in case she needed an emergency exit. He was efficient and yet took the time to chat with me about her situation with the locks. The price was absolutely fair and I would definitely hire Provider name locked. mobile lock show again. Two thumbs up!!

When I called this company, they told me it would be a $19 trip charge and $29 an up to unlock car (Depending on how hard it was to unlock). Before the technician even started, he said it would be $85. I stated to him what the Provider name locked. from his company said to me (above) and said lets see how long it takes you to open before we discuss price. He said it will bee $85 period, he noticed my windows were cracked open enough for him put his metal tool through to try and unlock the car. I called his company back and told her he is just now starting to unlock my car, stay on the line and let's see how long it takes. In less than 1:30 minutes it was unlocked, I hung up with the company lady. The technician still wanted to charge $85. I told him I would pay a fair price and offered $50. He said no, then threw the keys inside the car on the driver's seat, locked the car and tried to close driver side door. But, I moved quickly enough to put my elbow in front of the door and him, to keep the door from closing and locking my keys inside the car again.
I again said I would pay a fair price and stated your company said it would be $19 trip fee and $29 to unlock the car depending on degree of difficulty. As I stated above my window was cracked open enough for him to put the tool inside to unlock the car and it took under 1:30 minutes. Where is the degree of difficulty? If I had his unlocking tool, I could have done it myself.
The technician still demanded $85. I then called the company back and asked for the manager, I believe she said her name was Provider name locked. . I told her I had someone from her company, which I believe was her, stay on the phone so they were witness to how short of time it took to unlock my car. I told her I would pay a fair price and offered her $50. She said the technician's name the price and then said the least she would take is $65. I asked her where was the degree of difficulty in unlocking my car, the window was cracked open and took less than 1:30 min? She said that was the best she could do. I said fine and paid by credit card over the phone.
This business is deceptive, unprofessional and down right crooks. By crook I mean by throwing my keys back in the car and trying to lock them in again. This is obviously common business practice for them, when he was on the phone with Provider name locked. , he said "no she has the keys". How many other people have the done this to? I will never use them again & will move forward in filing complaints where I can. Oklahoma Attorney General, BBB, etc.
