  • Mark and crew had taken care of heating and air conditioning needs at this home for many years. When we purchased this house 15 years ago, we continued the annual service contracts - and have been more than satisfied with service. Oklahoma Air upgraded our equipment - excellent experience - and provided good advice when we needed to replace other household equipment. Service is always prompt, professional, and reliable - and at reasonable cost.

  • The owner, Mike, is a compulsive liar. You cannot believe anything Mike says. He also doesn't pay his bills. He set up a line of credit with my company, purchased materials, and has refused to pay for them ever since. Well, let me re-phrase.... he always claims "check is in the mail", yet somehow the check never arrives.............. After several years of dealing with this guy, AND from talking to other companies and supply houses, I can tell you without a doubt that he is NOT trustworthy. He owes a LOT of people a LOT of money. Look around on other sites that have reviews of this company. Not many have good things to say. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY OR TO ITS' OWNER. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU NEED HEAT AND AIR WORK DONE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Went really well and I am so pleased with the work done. Professional, helpful and great service. The new system works great, thermostat is easy for me to read and adjust and I am glad that I had it done. Lockhart Air Care I cannot recommend highly enough.

  • The tech talked me through some common issues to check before he even came out in hope of saving me some money. He showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem, a blown control board. He got the part the next morning, this was an after hours call, and had my heater working before noon.

  • I did research online and found Duct Armor, a patented process that is sprayed in your ducts to seal them. It sounded like just what we needed for our problem. I called Enviroduct, which was the closest company to us that was licensed to do the work. Vince said the first step was to fix our drainage problem. He gave me a ballpark figure over the phone but said he would come out after we corrected our drainage issues and scope our ducts to determine exactly what we needed. When he came out, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything he would be doing and why it worked. Since the sand in our ducts was still wet, he couldn't see everything he needed to see so he had us run our fan continuously to dry the sand. He rescheduled and came out again and determined exactly what we needed. We have two HVAC units but he didn't need to have the A/C coil pulled on one of them. He gave us several names of HVAC technicians he worked with who could pull the coil. He coordinated with them and scheduled a time to come and do the work. The day before they were scheduled to come, my husband checked his reviews on Angie's List and saw a couple of negative reviews. He realized I had never gotten any references so he called Vince to get some. We cancelled his visit to do the work until we could check out his references. I talked to two of OKC's top Realtors who have used him multiple times. Being a Realtor before I moved to OKC, I knew a Realtor wouldn't use someone more than once if they didn't do the job right. After getting glowing reports on Enviroduct, we rescheduled Vince to do the job. He and his assistant came out right after the HVAC guys pulled the A/C coil. With the coil out of the way, Vince could see our problem plenum a lot better and was able to verify that it was better than he expected. He removed the sand and debris that he could and sprayed the rubber coating on the plenums and several of the boots. He returned today and sprayed a second coat and checked everything that he had done before. He and his assistant cleaned up after the job and he even did a little more today than he had put in his original estimate to us (at no charge!). We could not be happier with the work he did. He always texted us to tell us he was on his way. He also followed up to see how the sand was drying, etc. before he came to spray the first time. We are so glad that we didn't let a bad review or two stop us from digging a little deeper. We would definitely recommend Vince and Enviroduct to anyone having problems with sand in their ducts. We saved so much money by not having to go overhead with our ducts! Thanks Vince and David for a job well done!

  • Super fast response and reasonable prices. We used BND Mechanical to pull our A/C coil so Enviroduct could get to the plenum to seal and repair it. BND took the coil out and returned when Enviroduct was finished to put the coil back in. The technician added freon at no charge since it was a bit low. He was also going to clean and service both of our systems but he said one of them was in such good shape, it didn't need it. He also discovered a code violation in one of the units (they had used flex line inside the furnace when it was supposed to be rigid pipe) and fixed that for only $25 more. I was very impressed with how quickly they got here and returned to coordinate their work with the work I was having done on the ducts. I would definitely recommend them if you want honest, quality work at a fair price!

  • Went very well. Technician (Terrell?) and assistant were awesome. Explained everything so that i knew exactly what to expect even though the job was complicated and difficult due to the way that my house is built. They did excellent work and then cleaned up after themselves! I would absolutely recommend this company. I only wish they did electrical work!

  • We are very pleased with Shockley's heat and air. They do a wonderful job and are very thorough .You can really trust them.My AC in the closet was leaking water all over floor in closet.. They came out and replaced the drain pipes and even put a piece of PVC pipe that you can clean with bleach for a very reasonable price. Another company before them came out and just tapped the pipe into the garbage and it was leaking within 24 hours again. Shockley's resolved our problem!!!For now on we will use Shockley's. They are very conscientious, polite and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with Glenn.
