    Revitalize Dental Implants
    Very few people wake up in the morning and say to themselves,today I get to have Oral Surgery & a dental implant. Well fear not because this is the place to go. Dr Templeton and his staff are top shelf all the way. I had a fairly complicated procedure done at Revitalize Dental Implants. From the first moment I walked in I was greeted by a young lady with a fantastic attitude, who immediately made me feel at ease. The same can be said for Dr. Ken Templeton and his assistants. The moment I sat in "the chair" I knew this was the place to be. The day of the procedure I arrived at Revitalize Dental. I had taken a sedative before leaving my house and took a second when I was in the office. I sat in"the chair" and Dr. Templeton started to examine the area to be worked on. Seriously - this is the BEST part - I woke up in my bed a couple hours later. The second BEST part is I was given a prescription for pain, which I filled. I took a pill that afternoon and another the just before bed. I was a bit sore but no real pain, but just in case I took another that next am. Still no pain so all I needed was Ibuprofen. Two weeks later and ALL is GREAT! I RECOMMEND Revitalize Dental!!

    Horrible dentist. As someone previously stated in another review...I went to this dentist for years thinking he was a good dentist. Every single time I went in he said I needed multiple root canals. He never filled a cavity before the root canal. It was ALWAYS a root canal that was needed. I don't remember ever going in without him telling me I needed additional dental work. I've been to other dentists since and they can't believe the number of root canals I've had. Also, I've had to have all the crowns he put on replaced. Dr. Hanstein did same-day crowns after performing my many root canals and they didn't even look like real teeth. They were so bright and white (not even close to my real tooth color) that they looked like Chiclets. Also, the crowns he did didn't go all the way down and, therefore, there was decay in the gaps. Not to mention, he is way overpriced. He also talked me into paying $1000 for a mouth guard that I didn't need. Finally, in a subtle kind-of-way he tried to solicit me Botox when I was going in to get dental work done. Apparently, it's one-stop-shopping for dental work and Botox in his office. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this dentist. He is only concerned about ripping people off. Shameful.

    I have dealt with Athlon II for 3 years off and on through my sons high school. The representative (Linda Terry) that I have always dealt with is less than pleasant or helpful EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I speak with her on the phone. We finally decided to order his letter jacket 9/13/2017 through the high school (he is a senior this year). I received a message that the jackets were being delivered to the school 11/19/2017. My sons is the ONLY one that did not arrive. When I called to find out about it, I left several messages as well as sending several emails with no response. I was finally told it had been delayed and that they would have it soon. Finally, going into Christmas break and still did not have his jacket and could not get a response from Athlon II, I called our school to see if someone there could help me get an update. I was told that the "rep" (who I later found out is the owner of the company) that came to the school to take the orders, stated it should be in 12/22/2017. On the afternoon of 12/22/17 I called to get an update. Linda was very rude and hateful. She told me that since this was not her only job, she did not have time to respond to my messages. She stated she did not care about my son, the jacket, or the fact that they had over $300 of our money. I finally got her to agree to check and call me back with a status update. She promised a call back on 12/26/2017. Of course, I did not get a call or email. On 12/30/2017 I received an email that just stated it should ship on 1/5/2018. I again called my sons high school to see if someone could help. The "rep"/owner told my sons principal that Linda does not have any customer service skills and that the way she speaks to customers is just her "personality". He said he tracked it and that it was shipping that day, 1/5/2018. I called and emailed on 1/8/2018 and 1/9/2018 with no response. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB on 1/10/2018. I received an email 1/10/2018 at 6:53 pm, that the jacket was in. No information on if they were going to deliver it, if I needed to pick up, address info, etc. I was finally able to find out where the jacket was and picked it up. The packing/shipping label on the jacket states it was not even shipped until 1/8/2018 and it was delivered to them on 1/9/2018. It was NOT as ordered or as told it would be. I was not contacted for 2 days after they received it and our temperatures dropped because of an arctic front. It should NEVER have taken nearly 6 months to get his jacket, especially when the rest of the schools were delivered within 2 months. Even if there was an error in ordering, this is totally ridiculous! And the hateful "customer service" you receive (IF you can get someone to answer/respond) should NEVER be allowed in a place of business, especially one that deals with the practice of providing a product for a child that has been custom ordered! I would NEVER recommend doing business with them for any reason. I know being in "rural" Oklahoma the options are limited. However, I would STRONGLY recommend using anyone else that you can and avoid this "company" at all costs. Even if it is who your school recommends or uses!!! Linda even admitted that she was rude and hateful in her response to the BBB. If I could give them a NEGATIVE review, I would!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!!!!

    Dr. Johnson is a good doctor. His injection nurse is a nightmare, however, and I located another doctor doing the same treatment for half the price! The procedure I am speaking of It is not covered by insurance.

    Great. Dr. Ross was very thorough and explained things that I had never heard before. She has the latest equipment and tests in eye care to determine your eye health. This does make the appointment a little more expensive than you might be use to but it is well worth it. As she said, "Your eyes are the reflection of your body." Did you know things like cholesterol & the start of diabetes can be seen in your eyes before they will appear anywhere else? I didn't either until Dr. Ross explained it as she went through her findings. If you want the best exam you have ever had in a very friendly, patient driven office, then come here. When you leave, you will know that your eye health, as well as your prescription, have been thoroughly checked.

    Dr. Haag and his staff were fast, attentive, professional, and friendly. I was in and out of the office in under one hour, and my cholesterol test and other blood work results came back in less than seventy-two hours. Perfect!

    During each appointment, he spent most of the time looking at a computer screen. He always had to be reminded of diagnosis and reason for medication refill after doing most the exam assuming the wrong diagnosis. At least three different times, I was called to reschedule because Dr. Fowler would be out of the office on a date I had already scheduled an appointment. At my last appointment (rescheduled at their request because Dr. Fowler would be out), I was 15 minutes early for a 9:30am appointment but staff said I was 15 minutes late for a 9am appointment. I was told I may have to reschedule and it would be up to Dr. Fowler. They had to wait for him to finish with another patient. By the time they asked him, it was 9:30am and 30 minutes (according to staff) past my appointment time. I was told I would need to reschedule. Depending on what Dr. Fowler was told by staff, I cannot necessarily blame him but it was the last straw. I never returned and found an new primary care physician.

    After researching and meeting with several surgeons in Oklahoma City, I felt like Dr. Anu Bajaj was the only one who truly understood what I needed. She is professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled whose craft is a work of art. She performed both an implant replacement to a smaller size, and a rhinoplasty to repair sinus damage. Post surgery ��� I love the aesthetic look, but more importantly, I feel so much better than I could have ever imagined!

    Horrible service for both my wife and I. They ordered lens for me twice, and BOTH times they were scratched. My wife had an eye exam for contacts and there was only $30 remaining on insurance for lenses after the cost of their fit and follow up. Needless to say, she was not able to get lenses. They are EXTREMELY over priced and staff is difficult to work with. My wife couldn't see her computer very well with her new prescription, when she asked to go back to her previous prescription (which worked better), she was told "no, just take your glasses off when you're at your computer".
