He extended every courtesy in setting up, and keeping our appointment. It didn't take long for him to demonstrate his expertise. My fireplace had been sitting dormant for five years, he had my fireplace up and running with new hardware in short order. I had put this off because I thought I would run into sales pitches to replace the entire unit, or a huge parts and labor issue. Zane asked for a fair price and had me fixed in 45 minutes. Should I ever need to replace the fireplace I'm going to call Zane to do the work. Whatever his price. AFireplace SpecialistsZane came out on time on the day of my appointment. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He had my problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of his arrival. If he had the part on his truck, he would have installed immediately, but he had used all the same parts on prior appointments. He ordered my part while he was at my house, so I was assured it was done. He came back earlier than he expected, and installed it in the time he had projected, about 20 minutes. He contained the mess from the fireplace, cleaned everything, including the firebox and the glass, and made it look like new. I'm beyond pleased and will certainly call him for any future fireplace repairs.- gail h.

I saw the gas fireplace inspection deal on Angie's List and decided I better do it. Over the years we have had numerous earthquakes, during power outages I was using my fireplace 24 hours a day, etc. I was contacted within 24 hours of my purchase to set up an appointment and inspection gave me piece of mind that everything is okay. I definitely received my money's worth that the gas connection is okay, my gas logs are still in good shape, and I just needed one minor repair where a piece of cement around my fireplace box had fallen down.- Jennifer B.

CWhen I called I told them I needed to replace a under counter water filter system I told them the faucet was leaking and I was just goi f to buy a new one. They sent over a plumber and he was told it was just a filter not the complete system which was very easy to do but he felt he was not qualified to do it. I can replace a filter , they did not charge me but I had to wait and they never called me back to set up another appointment. I callled another plumber
