"In previous appointments had to give them a list of medications each time. Each time they had not properly entered the information. on a visit when I explained" chest pain while exercising he recommended a in an artery he said was 75 percent blocked. I asked him to explain by showing me on a diagram...he said he is very busy but would go to his office and take a call from a drug detail rep and while doing so would draw it up for me. He could not have been totally focused on my issue. also, wouldn't you think a cardiologist would have per - drawn diagrams where all he has to do is point to the areas of concern? Subsequently the procedure could not be done but he got paid. Afterwards he prescribed nitrates and I questioned why he had not done that in any of my prior visits when I had the same problems. On next follow up visit, I had questions I wanted to ask and get answers. dr. Chrysant did not show up and I was not told he would not be there until I arrived...that was a long drive and time from work...had to schedule another appointment. It was frustrating and the communication was confusing, perhaps intentionally elusive.

  • Dr. Provider name locked. has been my doctor for about 5 years.  He is an A all-around.  He is very good, very professional.  He is an overall nice guy.  His office is great and he really cares.  I will continue to see Dr. Provider name locked. .
  • I was hospitalized in February 2011 with atrial-flutter and was diagnosed with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.  Since I did not have a cardiologist I decided to use the one that treated me while I was in the hospital.  He never answered my questions, just told me he was taking care of me.  He never followed up with the testing that he said I would need.  I finally changed to Dr. Provider name locked. in Provider name locked. .  She immediately did some tests on me, explained everything to me where I could understand it and explained why I was on some of the medication I was on.  Two days later I received my test results in the mail with a personal note from Dr. Provider name locked. explaining the results.  I have had a follow up visit with her.  She and her office staff are very friendly and efficient.  I have recommended her to several of my friends who were searching for a cardiologist and they have now become established patients with her.
