  • Brian is top notch, we use him exclusively for all our mechanical repairs. Repairs are made in a timely manner, he never tries to sell me what I don't need and explains all the options. We have sent a variety of makes and models and all have been repaired successfully.

  • I always get consistent , complete, and fast service from Beck's. There's no waiting for days for your car to be worked on. This latest time, my car pretty much left me stranded. Turns out there were multiple issues contributing to the problem. After getting my car towed to the shop, at the very end of the day, they quickly got to work the next morning diagnosing the issues. These folks know great service, and they consistently deliver it. I have complete trust in their work.

  • After getting an insane estimate from the chain I normally have basic maintenance done by I was delighted to find Varley's Automotive. Wayne, the owner, not only allowed me to provide my own parts (a savings of $350) and quoted me a labor estimate that was quite a bit less than the chain. He was also willing to let me drive myself and him back to my house to drop me off before taking my van back to his shop (very helpful since I'm a mobility impaired woman and I couldn't get up in his vehicle). The work was completed very satisfactory and I was back on the road in 5 hours! He'll be getting all my automotive work from now on!

  • I became aware it was time to have my timing belt replaced. I went to Pro Express, and they recommended replacing the timing belt, water pump, tensioners and spark plugs—the parts come in a bundle that's not much more expensive, and replacing them all at the same time means saving the (often huge) labor costs of accessing these other parts. The package deal was only about $100 more total, and totally worth it. Bill and Herman are great guys. The shop doesn't look like much, but they do fantastic work and they don't jerk you around. A+. P.S. — They got it done *the day I dropped it off.* It was ready by 5pm. This was a major repair and I expected it to take a while, but nope, same day!

  • They're real good. I've been in there before when I thought the air conditioner was going bad and he said the air conditioner was absolutely fine. He could have ripped me off if he wanted to. I've taken my car in there for several things.

  • They take care of both my cars. the routine oil changes and any routine work we need and anytime there's a problem. They are my go to guys. I think they do good work. I've always been able to get the cars in when I needed to . I call ahead to schedule an appointment. I feel like, especially those times Is chedule an appointment and bring the car in, they always have the cars back out as promised. Generally within the same day . They fairly convenient for me distance wise from the house. They have courtesy cars to bring me home if I need a ride home. They have a fairly comfortable area, if you plan on waiting.

  • They had it for a long time because I was out of town. When I got it back it was humming and purring. They did the work and I didn't have to go back because of shotty work. When I left, they gave me a loaner car to use until I got back. It was under warranty, there was no charge. The quality of their work is excellent.

  • I don't remember the cost because it was her car so I don't recall. They went out online and scoured the area because they had to replace the main computer in the car. They scoured the area for a used one and found one so they kept the cost down by not having to get a new one. They explained all the things they had to do, what they found, how they found it, what they done to fix it, and any problem that might come up in the future.

  • They worked on my daughter's car as well. If you want to rate them, just give them straight A's. They're very reasonable on cost. Not only would I use them again, that's my mechanic. They're the best. That's the only people I go to. That's who my daughter goes to too. They gave me a complete run down of everything they had to do to it, everything they found, what they had to do to fix it, and they also did a little bit more than that. They did a brake inspection while they were at it and rotated the tires. So they said they brakes were fine, the tires were rotated and the door now opens and closes and they explained any issues there were and what they did to correct the and were good to go.

  • They did some work and they gave me an estimate that was nearly $4000 dollars, then got another opinion that said it would be $300 dollars to repair what they said would be $3800. They need to be more realistic on cost estimates instead of gouging someone that is elderly.
