    Metro Appliances & More Inc
We were hit by the F5 tornado that ripped through Moore in 2013... during our rebuild process our builder told us to go to Metro to pick out our stove, dishwasher, and vent hood. Once we finally got a salesman's attention the actual purchase process went fairly easy and we decided to go ahead and get our fridge and washer/dryer there too. My relationship with Metro Appliances ended about a year later when all our appliances started breaking... the drum rollers on my dryer went out and had to be replaced, the turntable of my venthood/microwave has never worked right and squeals intermittently, part of the LCD on my fridge display is out already, the hot burner indicator light on my oven went out within 2 months, and my dishwasher drain pump had to be fixed twice now for not draining! I finally broke down and bought a new dishwasher tonight because it has quit filling. All my appliance were delivered and installed in early March 2014 so they're only about 2.5 years old. They shouldn't be breaking so much already... my family is only 4 people so it's not like we're **** ** appliances! Calling Metro to fix the appliances was useless, they blamed it on defective appliances and wanted us to contact the manufacturer or they wanted to charge a ton to come "fix" them. I understand appliances break down but 2.5yr old appliances breaking this much is rediculous! Makes me wonder if they're buying factory 2nds and referurbished models and passing them off as "New".

    Hahn Appliance Warehouse

salesman(Jerry) messed up the paperwork and the delivery staff went to the wroong address in the wrong city.

took several days to redeliver to corect address, at which time the wrong dishwasher was delivered.

great prices, after the sale, the sales person was not helpful in resloving the delivery problems

Delivery staff did a great job on  the installation .  Would buy again from Hah\ns but would use a different sales person.

I purchased an LG refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom.  The freezer is freezing over.  Hahn's is great when they are selling you a refrigerator but, when something goes wrong, the service tech's don't know what they are doing.  The first one came out and didn’t know what to do, messed up the alert signal, for the open door, by keeping a high pressure steam on it’s electrical components, so it no longer works.  The second tech called and said the first tech should have ordered a part so he ordered a part 2 days later.  12 days later after calling and babysitting this company, another tech showed up to fix my dryer!   He goes back, finds the part, I unload the freezer again, and it’s the wrong part.    Meanwhile, I paying higher electric bills because the freezer won’t stop running and I now have an expensive refrigerator/freezer that is not working.

They are very responsive. They come out within a couple of days and take a look at everything, and if they can repair it right away, the take care of it, if not, then they order the parts and have it shipped here to the house and then I give them a call and we schedule and the gentleman usually comes out and take care of it.

I am not sure but it seems that 150 may be a bit much to install a toilet. I know I could do it myself - but the fact is that I was scared since it was a new house.
I picked my toilet, and they had me take it in order to save a $25 charge for the installer to bring it. He did a great job and showed me how to adjust if needed. All in all a good job. I was just surprised at the price for install. . .it's probably right now I guess.

Few tech, took a look at but nobody know for sure what wrong with it. These guys looked at they tell me what need to do and
how much it will cost. But they do NOT have the new part for it, so they replaced with the used part. month later that part
went bad, I called them they came in replaced with a new part with NO cost.

waiting for them to return to repair both appliances.

Just saw the company response. Yes, the repairman came back a few days later and didn't take long to get the repair done. Thanks.

During the installation we discovered that the new 36" cook top was slightly smaller than the old 36" cooktop. Only the top and bottom edges or the cook top are stainless steel so there is a less than 1/2" space on the outer side edges between the cook top and the counter. The installer stated that he would get two strips of stainless steel to cover the space. The installation was done on 1/23/14. It is now 2/11/14 and the installer has not returned. I have checked with the store twice and they have assured me both times that the stainless steel was ordered and the installer will return, however I have not seen or heard from him as of this date. Hard to believe it takes this long to get two strips of stainless steel. I can only rate this experience with a B minus.

Home Depot - NW Oklahoma City
As a matter of fact, within the last four years we probably spent $30000 with Home Depot. With members who do a lot of business with them, they give 10% discount. Their prices are competitive. I like the friendliness of the people there as well as their honesty. I like the selection and the quality. They're open until 11 o'clock every night except Sunday and they close at 8. They're convenient. I would use them in the future.

Their prices are comparable. That's where I always get my washer and dryer. I just like the convenience of it because they're close to my house. The people there are fine, they're okay and always been friendly. They also offered delivery and installation service. They have nice people working there.
