Appliance Repair reviews in Oklahoma City

    Mr. Appliance of Oklahoma City
Repair guy came out first and diagnosed the problem. This dryer is not top of the line. The parts (plastic parts) were expensive. Phillip ordered and picked up parts. The parts and labor are guaranteed for a year. This price was high because you pay $99 upfront whether they fix it or not. I decided that I had no interest in shopping for a new dryer spending about $500 and lots of my time and delivery and taking the old dryer away!

Don Fuller's Appliance Repair & Service
I want to thank Don for answering our questions about repairs to our washing machine. He could have said it was best to check what needed to be done. Instead, he advised us our best bet was to buy a new washer given the age of ours. I respect Don's honesty and will call him again for any future appliance repairs.

Very fast response from the time I call to Jason's arrival. It took Jason all of five to ten minutes to diagnose my electric Kenmore's problem AND FIX IT!!!! Extremely affordable, very professional and just downright nice. Jason and Arrow Appliance Repair will have ALL my repair business!

    Arrow Appliance Repair
Our Samsung front-load washing machine would not drain or spin. I called Arrow Appliances, and was able to schedule the repair for the following day. The technician arrived earlier than promised, had the necessary part on his truck, and made the repair. I will hire again.

    CNS Repair Service LLC
I would never do business with this company again. I strongly encourage others to find an alternative to CNS. My service call was schedule for 2-4pm... I understand how service call times can get out of hand but my experience was beyond what I would consider reasonable or professional. I got a call at 6:15pm that he (John Carter) was en route, an hour goes by before he shows up at 7:15 is extremely rude upon arrival takes an hour to reset the oven and "installs a part" which i did not see happen. Upon the completion of his services he tell me the total and I tell him I will not be paying that invoice until I speak with the owner or his boss. At this point he informs me that he owns the company and that if I do not pay right then and there he will remove the part and leave me with a broken oven. I tell him this can go one of two ways... You can work with me on the price and I will write a positive review about the situation or you can charge me full price and I will write a negative review about my experience and his response was "do what you gotta do". I paid him the full amount and asked for a discount which he says he gave me a $25 discount. Well that discount is readily available to everyone who visits their website so I do not believe I was discount for anything. Never trust this company!!!

    Mr. Appliance of Oklahoma City
They sent out a repair man the day after I called. He figured out what was wrong, but the cost was pretty high, so I asked him to wait until I found out the cost of a new dryer that was like the one I had. Well, the cost was twice as much as the repair. I called the company back and he was able to come out the next day and replace it.

Don Fuller's Appliance Repair & Service
We were given an estimate of $425.00 and told that the part cost $275.00 and the rest was labor cost. We approved the work, which was then done several later and then we presented Mr. Fullers with the $100 coupon from Angie's List and he claimed the price had already been discounted, even though the estimate was for $425.00 and the final price charged was $450.80. The final price should have been $350.80, with the coupon applied, or the original estimate should have been $525.00, instead of the $425.00 quoted. So it obviously appears that Mr. Fullers is using Angie's List coupons improperly by not honoring them and instead claiming that the "discount was included in the final price," rather than stating the estimated price clearly from the beginning. Further, Mr. Fullers claimed the price of the motor (part) was $275.00, however, it was only $89.89. If we had known the accurate price of the part and how much was being charged for labor/service call, we would have chosen another company. So our complaint with Mr. Fullers is that he was dishonest about true cost of the part vs. the labor and then he was dishonest about applying the $100 Angie's List coupon.

    Arrow Appliance Repair
Repairman came on time, was very professional, attempted to fix ice maker, but left off critical bar. Came back once notified and provided bar, but did not fix additional issue. Said he needed to find part and would get back to us "shortly." Never heard from him again, forced to use other company.

Don Fuller's Appliance Repair & Service
Great! Don was honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. He cleared the ice and drain (it took a good hour or more) and was honest about the older refrigerator that was too expensive to fix (after he confirmed it was the compressor). Would highly recommend.

Don Fuller's Appliance Repair & Service
We posted our issue on Angie's list on 9/24/2018. We received a response from Don Fuller shortly thereafter and made an appointment. He arrived on time the day of the appointment. The freezer drain needed cleaning out to defrost properly. He explained the issue and performed the job efficiently. So far, we have not experienced the issue again and are very satisfied.
