Dr. Provider name locked. repeatedly interrupts the answers to questions he has asked in a condescending and rude way. Some of his staff was very nice - the initial person I spoke to that booked the appointment as well as the nurse that took vitals. Communication with Dr. Provider name locked. is difficult as he misinterprets what is being said. Then he proceeds to interrupt assuming he knows what you were going to say. When I attempted to clarify he merely repeated himself as if he were speaking to a complete dolt. After having not received the downloadable registration forms I contacted the office by email requesting the forms. I received a call from Provider name locked. telling me they had sent it. It took telling her 3 times with her responding each time with, "It was sent." I don't need to argue about it. The whole reason I sent the email was clear. I didn't have the forms. She did finally send them after arguing about it. In my initial call I was asked for my pharmacy location 2 times, which I provided. I then included this same information in the registration form prior to my appointment. Yet they still managed to send my prescription to a pharmacy 11 miles away from the pharmacy I had provided. I'm not giving a failing grade because I don't want to overreact. There were a couple nice people. They were on time. Conversely things must be really good for Dr. Provider name locked. as he can afford to treat people as if they are uneducated, unsophisticated, unintelligent rubes. I suspect the attitude from Provider name locked. was just something she sees Dr. Provider name locked. do and thinks it is ok.

I was terrified from the moment my daughter was diagnosed. I didn't know what to expect. I never really liked Doctors very much, and I didn't want my daughter to feel the same way. I couldn't stop it. After 2 times a week driving to the appointments for check-ups, tests, results, pre-op, post-op and so forth she was not a fan of the medical room. However when it came to Dr. Provider name locked. , my daughter was always at ease. She never cried when he took her from my arms. He came in with a smile, he took time with her to maintain a mutual trust. I can't express how much that put my mind at ease. After each surgery, there was a lot of instructions for post-operation, and care at home. He took the time to explain everything, and patiently waited while I asked all my questions, and voiced all of my concerns. He never rushed us. He didn't make me feel like my daughter was just a patient. He made me feel like my daughter was a precious human being, who he wanted to take care of. He was wonderful, and now my daughter is a thriving beautiful six year old, with no fear in the near future of health risks, or issues.

The appointment went well. The billing was horrible. They overcharged us by hundreds of dollars and then promised they would reimburse us. Four months later we have still not received a check. Each time I have called over the past two months they have told me the check was going to be cut within a day or so. Today, I again got off the phone and they said the same thing. They apologized and said they were going through a system upgrade that did not allow them to cut checks for the past month and a half. I understand things like this happen, but they were not honest with me about how long it would take and we have been expecting to have that money for other needs. Holding on to hundreds of dollars of my money without any explanation or communication and not paying me interest or some other compensation is unacceptable. I pay my bills on time. I expect them to live by the same courtesy. Badly done!
