It was heaven. It's a hidden gem that i wish I could tell everyone about. I felt so wonderful when I was done. It is very clean and nice, and everything was explained to me before we started. I can't wait to go back.  Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I was given a gift certificate after having twins, a very thoughtful gift. As you can imagine it took a while for me to get around to using it and by that time the gift card had expired. The end result was that they would only honor 50% of the gift or $18. I can understand a year, but 6 months is a very short lifespan for a gift certificate. There is nothing to indicate the consequences of trying to use it after the expiration date printed on the certificate. I will not use this business in the future.

The gentleman who performed my massage was very nice and asked questions to ensure he would give me the care I needed.  I was surprised at how different the facility looked from where I usually go.  There were no hot towels (which I love and am used to), the room seemed very basic and generic with no atmosphere to calm you.  I was in a room with two beds although it was just me, kind of made me feel as if I was intruding somehow.  The gentleman used the product so sparingly that it seemed as if he was just using his dry hands with nothing on it.  This gave my skin a chafed feeling when he was done.  I think he did the best that he could and perhaps it is just that I am used to a female therapist.  I might come back if  my regular therapist is unavailable again, but I would definitely be alot more specific about what I want.  My suggestion is that you tell the person on the phone what you are expecting in detail and tell the massage therapist exactly what you want them to do up front and don't be afraid to stop them if they are not doing what you need.

I have been going to them for 16 years now for chiropractic care. This was great because I was able to utilize a massage service. My experience went very well. Scheduling was fantastic. They were very professional and friendly. They break it down into lame age terms for me to understand in terms of  their chiropractic care.

Great! I love Fuller and go there frequently! The price is great too. I've had several different massage therapists (my fav is Eco), to include a student once. Each experience was a good one. I will continue to go to Fuller.

The message therapist took time to listen to my wife's health concerns, answered her questions and proceeded with the massage.  My wife was able to relax and even fell asleep!  She was treated with kindness and courtesy and professionalism.

Possibly the worst massage experience ever. When making the appointment, I requested a sports massage therapist who had worked on me before, and is actually very good. I was told that he was not working that day. I asked for a specialist in deep tissue and the receptionist recommended Sheila. looking back, I should not have trusted their staff to make a recommendation.Sheila is probably a fine therapist for someone who has never had a massage before. She is slow and easy and spends a great deal of time chatting and arranging the table so that the client feels comfortable. But I needed a deep tissue massage! Sheila's style is more swedish--she does a light rub down. And she does not use the full hour. By the end of the $75 session, I was annoyed and no better off than I had been before the massage. In all fairness, the staff is to blame here. The woman who made the appointment clearly was not interested in my needs. Plus, she lied to me. The therapist I wanted WAS working that day--I saw him there. The woman who was working at reception on the day of the massage was discourteous, unhelpful, and contemptuous in her attitude towards customers.

The massage was fantastic. My only complaint is that it was cut short by 10-15 minutes. My understanding is if you schedule a 60 minute massage, you get 60 minutes of massage, not that you will be in and out within 60 minutes.
