  • We did not realize in June that our mother had stage 4 cancer. If Dr. Provider name locked. had recommended to our mother that diagnostic screening be done, he did not Provider name locked. this information to me. From June, 2011 until Steptember, 2011, we tried to reach the nurse several times as well as Dr. Provider name locked. but our phone calls were never returned.  The phone usually rang busy or we would get a voice mail. We were never told during the routine check-up that our mother's severe hearing loss was due to excessive ear wax (a specialist told us this later) when we were all set to get her a hearing aid.  Once I removed the ear wax with Debrox, her hearing was exceptional.  In August, 2011, Dr. Provider name locked. wanted to admit our mother to the hospital via the E.R. After being evaluated and waiting for 24 hours in the E.R. we were told that there was nothing wrong with her and that she would<Provider name locked. > notProvider name locked. > be admitted.  I walked over to Dr. Provider name locked. 's to find out what happened and he told us to abide by whatever the E.R. thought was best-  with no further explanation.  In late August she was finally admitted to the hospital by a specialist, not Dr. Provider name locked. . After her admission, we learned of her diagnosis. She died three weeks later. After her death, I called Dr. Provider name locked. but never received a return phone call. He also never visited our mother while she was in the hospital (she kept wondering why he never came to visit her) but we were told that Dr.'s no longer visit their patients in the hospital.

  • I wasn't impressed but I think that was a personal thing. I am tough on doctors. I only saw her once. She is very personable and the office was clean. Everything was fine. They kept billing me for stuff I didn't owe. They were very personable and friendly.

  • Prompt, no waiting, very friendly and helpful office staff. Dr.Provider name locked. takes the time to fully explain everything regarding health issues, checks ups and so forth. He calls personally to give me lab results from blood tests or any other tests I may have had. Their limited patient workload allows the doctors to have the time to give the attention everyone deserves from their doctors! The monthly fee that is charged to be a member of the Dedicated Care Center group pays for itself ten fold through the quality of care, no waiting for appointments and personal attention when you visit the offices.
