Not so great this time. The plumber arrived within two days, but said I had to provide access through the wall to the plumbing. Five days later another plumber returned and tried to fix the broken pipe, but did not have the equipment or parts to complete the job. A third appointment was five days later, but I had fixed the initial problem by then. The plumber tried to snake the stopped pipe and was unsuccessful. When they wanted to start $4000 repair work, I got another plumber to do the job (same day, $225).
Other jobs under AHS have been good (AC, refrigerator), but this time was a failure.

These people don't cover anything. I have been in my house less than 2 months. I was told I needed a warranty so that if anything goes wrong within the first year I could have it repaired. The first time I called them was because the overflow in the bathroom sink did not work. When the water got up to the overflow, it ran on the floor. They told me on the phone without sending a contractor or plumber that the don't cover it. The second time I called them was because of the air condition didn't work. The sent a contractor which cost me $65.00 to be told they don't cover that either. I am now faced with a $2,600.00 repair bill. Thanks for the coverage 2-10.- Vanessa M.
Three months after the service date (12/27/12) we received a bill from the Home Warranty company stating that we owed them $60 for the service fee for the plumber. We immediately called the company and asked them to explain why we owed them money when the plumber said he was unable to fix it. We went in circles trying to get a straight answer from them. After a couple phone calls they were still not able to give us a valid reason on why we owed them the service fee. The frustrating part, is that they knew the back story with the issue with the sink and yet they are telling us they do not. They will not budge and we still owe them $60 for a service that wasn't even performed.
