  • BUYER BEWARE!  The system arrived in a timely manner and was easy to install.  The customer service representatives are professional and polite; however, within days of getting the system I had false tamper alarms and keychain open alarms.  I contacted the company and then spent at least 30-45 minutes having to troubleshoot.  following that I was out and recieved an alarm.  I was not aware at the time that it was a false alarm due to a faulty sensor so the police were sent out to investigate.  I had to leave my appointment only to discover that it was faulty equipment.  I was not sent new equipment.  From that point on the system is constantly getting "tamper" malfunctions.  recently the alarm went off at 2am in morning.  I have small children and it really scared us.  we then were unable to set the alarm for a few days because it would randomly go off.  I have since received two alarms and have been called at work.  The system is not providing me with any sense of security and has actually become a bigger hassle then it's worth.  every time I get a call I have to guess if it's a fasle alarm or a real intruder.  when I called to cancel, I was told that I would have to pay 80% of the contract to do that.  I believe that is unacceptable, since the system is not working as advertised.  It took 3 "disconnected" phone calls and at least 30 more minutes of my time at work to get some small resolution. 
    The only postive I have for this company is the people that work the phones are extremely professional and friendly.  Unless something changes drastically, I will not renew my contract and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

  • This was a cold call by a very professional young man. He explained his company and their goal to gain saturation in our area. I liked that the system is wireless, has pet immune monitors and a personal alarm for my mother. The hour for the call was a bit late, but because I allowed them to finish that night, the representative added a couple of Provider name locked. for our trouble. My only complaint is that the placement of the new monitors did not cover where the old monitor had been, so we have to do some paint touch up. Also, a new monitor was mounted too low on the wall. Beyond these minor problems, I like this company better than the previous company.
