AQuality Built ExteriorsWe had reached out to several other companies to get a quote on replacing our gutters, rotted trim work, soffits and porch ceilings/columns. Once we spoke with Gerald Massengil, we knew who we wanted to go with. I believe we completely made the right choice, he was very through in the quote and made sure everything we wanted (i.e. style & color) was exactly what we wanted and that we would be happy. In the COVID world we are currently in, my wife and I were prepared for an installation several weeks/months down the road. Gerald called several days later and asked if they could start the next morning? Um...yes please! The crew was very prompt, professional, and efficient! They kept the “workspace” very clean as they went along. They completed the columns, soffits, and trim in 2 working days. A couple of days later the gutter crew came out and worked as diligently as the first and had the new larger gutters installed within 2 hours of their arrival! If you are reading this I promise you don’t need to look any further than Quality Built Exteriors and Gerald Massengil! They will take great care of you.- John C.
