Frank explained the situation, provided the contact info for the proprietary vendor if I preferred to keep the same spring, and explained how he would effect the repair with a non-proprietary replacement. Frank was willing to let me take my business to another company if that was my choice based on availability of parts. That kind of integrity is uncommon and why I gladly had Frank do the work. And, as you'd expect from a US Marine, Frank showed up when he said he would, performed the work he promised to perform, did it well, and charged a fair price. I wish all businesses were run by someone like Frank.- Peter J.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

AI have been so impressed with Mr. Handyman--from the office staff, to the owner, to the repairman everyone I have worked with at this business has been phenomenal. If you are a homeowner you probably understand how difficult it is to find someone who is reliable to do quality work. Mr. Handyman is reliable, professional, and efficient. The work was done right the first time and we had no problem scheduling the work. When we needed additional repairs we chose Mr. Handyman right away and they got us on the schedule after just an email (I didn't have to follow up multiple times like I often do with other professionals). I cannot recommend them enough--Tim is a veteran and also offers military discounts.
