    Jack was outstanding from start to finish. He stated clearly what needed to be done and had more than fair pricing. He was fast to return calls or texts and worked very efficiently. Our unit was in disrepair for more than 9 years so there were many things that needed to be fixed. Surprisingly, he was able to do it all himself....which certainly beats hiring 8 different contractors to do the work. Without a question, this is your guy. Hire him, I certainly will again.

    It went very well. My refrigerator had stopped working and I emailed GH on a Sunday. Received a phone call on Monday and they apologized for not being able to come out right away and came out on the Tuesday morning. Brandon, the technician, was familiar with the brand, troubleshot professionally. Replaced a part attached to the compressor and rectified a mistake that I had made in trying to do the job myself, I had installed incompatible parts. He had what was needed in the truck. Things were up and running in just a little over and hour. About two hours after tech left, I called GH to say the fridge was still not down to temperature. It was suggested I give it more time and call if it didn't cool properly. They were right! I learned to let the pros do it. Good outfit.

    I noted a previous review that mentioned that the company responded and scheduled an appointment on a Sunday. I had the same problem. I emailed the company , and the owner replied and scheduled a Monday appointment within a few hours. Caleb arrived promptly, was quite friendly, and repaired the dryer within an hour. There is a reason that this company has a high rating on Angie's List. They are all prompt, polite, responsive and efficient.

    When the technician first came out to inspect the old stove he informed me that it was best to get a new stove due to ineffective and discontinued gas line part for the original stove. I really appreciated him telling me that. After I purchased a new stove, he came out and installed the new one. I will use this company again.

    The work was done quickly and skillfully without any damage to oak flooring or adjacent cabinets. Special pads were used to prevent floor damage and all special tools needed were on hand to complete this job. The work was scheduled by appointment and was done as scheduled. Jay's Appliance is a certified Bosch appliance repair service. I highly recommend Jay's Appliance based on this experience.

    GH has also fixed my DCS oven. Once again excellent service. I very much appreciate their integrity in their advice and service. Will definitely use again. BTW: if you're considering a Samsung appliance I suggest don't walk but run. Way overpriced for the lack of underlying quality.

    At the first appt. the technician stated that hose was kinked when Sears installed the refriderator , cost was 191.20 with 90 day guarantee. Two weeks later same problem! Next appt. was 3weks later at which technician informed me that this was a common problem, ice maker part has beven recalled but in my case( it being out of warranty) the repair would be anywhere between 500.00-550.00. He stated Sears was aware of this problem but does not share this information with consumer!!! I have always trusted Sears and go there first to purchase a major appliance -I will not do that again.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst experience ever. This is the first time I have ever written a review and I am hoping the last. I am only writing this so that others do not have the same experience we did. After $800 spent and 4 months of trying to get our wine cooler fixed we had to call another company. The new compressor that was installed is now destroyed and not usable as it was not properly installed. Now we have to spend another $1000 dollars on a new compressor for another company to install. Calls not returned, missed appointments or hours late, response was always 'I can come next week'. Wasted time and money.
