    Gregg Home Improvements N.Y.C.
Can't believe this service. Did everything I requested better than I expected and cleaned up after themselves leaving the job site better looking than when they came. I could have been gone the whole time and got the service exactly as if I was standing behind them watching. You won't find a better roofer. Alex came in and redid another workers botched job leaving it looking great. Can't say enough about the man.

    City Suburb, Inc.
Workmen started each day promptly and ended at scheduled end time. They worked hard and did high quality work. Work crew was professional and courteous. I have been discussing this project with various contractors (all from Angie's List) for a couple years. I decided to work with City Suburb after my first meeting with Ravi. I made the right decision and so will you by working with City Suburb.

The owner Mohammed and his people were always responsive, professional and polite - never unnecessarily argumentative. When small mistakes were made and/or misunderstandings occurred they were always quickly addressed and remedied. The entire project took over a year, and there was never an odd moment or stalemare during that period - which sets this company apart from most contractors Ive worked wih over the past 25 years in NYC.

It was great, Russell was a true professional - he did a fantastic job, worked with us whenever there was an issue and was trustworthy. We were managing this renovation from New York, so this last point was very important to us. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and he came back multiple times to touch things up and fix some small stuff. The final product came out great and we would highly recommend him.

    Majano's Stucco
A bit of background: we live in a brownstone that was built in 1899 but completely renovated and converted into 4 new condo apts in 2013-2014. The developers (who really seem to have no conscience) had to rip up the roof deck due to the fact that last November the roof started leaking. Finally in August, after much prodding, the "repair" was completed and much to our dismay, they told us the work was done when the roof deck's stucco wall was cut much higher pretty haphazardly and unevenly above the deck, revealing styrofoam and mesh hanging out and leaving us concerned that this shoddy job would leave the roof more vulnerable to future damages.
We decided to take matters into our own hands and call in some professionals. After doing some research, we came across Majano's Stucco on Angie's List and contacted Meda. Despite being based in Long Island, he traveled into Brooklyn to assess the situation and gave us an estimate. He was courteous and immediately put us at ease with his plan to repair the slipshod previous work.
When we booked the job, Meda and his team came out a few days later and were the consummate professionals. He walked us through every step in the 3-day-repair process and went above and beyond to ensure the work was carried out in the best manner possible. For instance, we appreciated that they ended up cutting the remaining stucco wall even higher so that they could replace more of the material and have it be even all around the deck's circumference as opposed to how it was previously left. He also was concerned about matching the previous stucco color and ended up (rightfully) advising us to go with a slightly darker color on the bottom repaired section to make it look like an intentional design choice.
When they were done, we were more than thrilled with the outcome. We would recommend Majano's Stucco, Meda, and his team very highly to anyone who is looking for a professional, reliable, and conscientious company to go with.

They did exactly what we discussed for the amount we agreed to. Mik Singh is easy to work with. When it rained the night before, we assumed they would not come. But they buzzed about 8:30 that morning and worked until 6 pm. We want to use them for other projects. They were meticulous in cleaning up.

    Mr. Handyman Serving South Bay
It turned out really well. They were very clear upfront about the cost of the jobs. The service person came when expected and they were clean and thorough. The scheduling was very easy and he worked about 6 hours a day for 5 days. Everything went smoothly.

    BJ General Contracting
Communication by email and phone was a little difficult at first, but eventually worked out. After on-site estimation and signing of a contract, Mr. Ullah and crew arrived on time on the day of work, even for logistical reasons I did prepay a requested deposit.  For the stone/concrete work, he directed one of his workers to a thorough repair; and then made additional touch-ups on the next day upon my suggestions.  On repairing the stucco wall, initially he assigned a worker who did not do a good job.  I took some photos of the work and emailed to him.  After some telephone discussions, Mr. Ullah was gracious enough to acknowledge the shortcomings, and personally spent most part of a day to completely re-do the work, to a nice finish.  I am impressed with his work ethics and satisfied with his work.

    Hudson Contracting Inc
After i hired Hudson, Hudson helped me obtain permits for the sidewalk shed and scaffolding. Although I was anxious about this, this was not a big deal, after all. Hudson started exactly on the date promised, and did excellent masonry work. Whenever I had questions, one of the brothers, Asm or Abu, answered my questions patiently. Hudson also pointed out some areas which required urgent repair, and i was able to fix the problems quickly. i thought that Hudson was a smart and patient company which cared about its work product. I would hire them again.
