  • The staff is brusque, impersonal and insensitive. They give the distinct impression that the patients are objects who are an annoyance they have to shuffle around.
They are incredibly disorganized. I needed a follow-up mammogram on one breast and a follow-up sonogram on the other. One of the two mammogram technicians I saw seemed unclear as to which procedure was for which breast, and what she was looking for.
With Provider name locked. , it is understandable that wait-time can be variable due to possible re-checking after readings, but the wait-time there was unacceptably long. It is clear that scheduling is not handled appropriately.
The changing & waiting rooms and lockers are insufficient, leaving half-dressed patients sitting in crowded hallways, dragging their belongings with them.
They have a large staff, and some individuals are better than others, but the overall impression is disconcertingly of disorganization and confusion. I feel very uncertain about the quality of care I receive there.  My breast surgeon is on the next floor and and they are all part of a group, so I am required to use Provider name locked. .
I would never use this facility if I had a choice.

  • My doctor recommended I go to Provider name locked. Hill Provider name locked. to image my thyroid after he found some growths during an examination.  The appointments were very easy to make and convenient since certain procedures can be done on the weekend or in the evening.  The receptionist was very informative about what procedures are performed at certain times and what to do and avoid before the procedure.  The office was very easy to access with public transport (subway) and the person at the desk was friendly and professional.  The procedure itself was a breeze, not scary at all after the doctor explained what was going to happen.  The exam rooms were small, but clean and well-equipped and the staff was pleasant.

  • It is very much a top-notch place and they are inside of my network, which is nice because a lot of my doctors are not and that gets real expensive. They are really thorough and if they see something little they will make you come back and take more tests, which is what I want. They do everything there including bone density, MRIs, ultrasounds and CTs. It is a lovely facility and they are pleasant when you come in. You generally don't have to wait very long.
