• I was very impressed with the protection of my furniture. 5 men on pack-up of relatively small home. Wrapped everything triple times. I had one thing damaged and they reimbursed me in a timely manner and I think that was only because the unpacking was a little less fantastic then pack up. Only two guys came and I felt like they really had to kill themselves to get it done. I would definitely use again but ask for at least 3 men on delivery especially since my move included a baby grand piano. Overall best movers I ever had and I have had many.

• roadway moved us before locally and was recommended by a friend that moved an office of 50 employees with them. this move was huge with full packing, we didn't have the time or the will to start pack and label so we asked roadway to do so. the job was well done , everything was scared and barcode including a color code system that they have. it was the smoothest move ever, you can even call it enjoyable move. its an A+++ service and product.

• It went great. They arrived on time at the house where they were picking up the piano and had it out in about 15 minutes. They got to our street and it was closed off for 9/11. They backed down the street with no problems and got the piano into the building and into our apartment without it ever touching a wall. No scratches, no damage, no problems.

• Jimmy and his staff were amazing. They were 100% professional and very friendly friendly. They quickly (and safely) moved the piano to the exact positioning I needed. I have approx 10 steps in front of my house. The movers were so professional that I didnt worry about on single thing! I would definitely recommend (and use) these guys again!!

• Steve Oliver is wonderful! I was nervous about hiring someone who was not directly recommended by a friend, but I needed someone to service my Piano Saver humidifying system as well as tune the Steinway (my previous tuner was no longer available). I am so glad I called Steve. He was very responsive and easy to schedule with. He showed up right on time. He installed the Piano Saver system and pointed out that it had been installed incorrectly the first time. The installation took about an hour - it's a complex system of a tank, rods and a hose and it needs to be mounted underneath the piano. Steve then tuned the piano and it sounds beautiful! He is going to come back and move the piano for me when I have new carpeting installed. He's easy to work with, easy to be around, and explains everything well. He is my go-to piano guy from now on! Regarding the price, the $900 included the cost of the Piano Saver system, the installation, and the tuning.

• Moving sucks, but if you have to move, these are your guys.  They are punctual, efficient, careful and really personable.  Moving in a city is a challenge, and NYC especially so.  Tough traffic, no parking and in our case, a small, slow elevator and small hallways.  They were really careful not to damage our furniture or our newly painted wall.

  The Boston delivery was to a Piano Dealer who emailed me how impressed he was with them.
  I can't imagine finding any better movers at any price. Considering the difficulty and complexity of the move the price seemed very fair.

• I called Big Piano Movers for a quote and the price seemed reasonable. I needed to get a certificate of insurance before scheduling the move, so Frank gave me the number to call to get it. It would have been nice if he could have taken care of it for me, but I was able to get the certificate I needed with relatively little hassle.
  Once I had the certificates, scheduling the move was quick and it went smoothly. They showed up on time and worked swiftly.
