  • They know me and they deliver. Their record keeping is excellent, they have no problem calling the doctor for a generic, and I call them for explanations about my medicines. They give me printed out instructions but they will also patiently explain to me what I need to know. They have always worked my surgeons to make sure they have the prescription mailed or faxed to them so I can have the medication delivered to me or I can pick it up on my way home. The place is spotless eveb they are located on a very busy street. Their prices aren?t low but they aren?t higher than anyone else in the West Village. They are worth it.

  • The Provider name locked. that I went to in New Provider name locked. was great, but this one doesn't pay enough attention to detail. I'm not entirely happy with them. I have no problems with the price.

  • When I drop off a prescription to be filled, it is almost never in stock and I have to come back the next day. They call to let me know when it is ready, but several times whoever called did not enunciate on my voicemail so I was not able to discern that it was Provider name locked. calling. I have to argue with them every time I get one particular prescription filled because I like to have two small tubes rather than one large tube and the pharmacist usually insists that they have to do it as one large tube, despite the fact that my doctor prescribes two small tubes. Another time I came in to get a refill but didn't have the prescription and didn't remember the name of the medication. The pharmacist looked up my previous prescriptions but couldn't figure out which one I needed, which I found odd.
