The surgery was scheduled promptly; it took a bit longer than usual, as a good deal of scraping and chopping was needed to eliminate the obstruction--this was done with a MINIMUM of pain! Physical therapy was required for follow-up. this also was effective, with good results and in a pleasant atmosphere (another provider, prescribed by Dr. Provider name locked. .) I should note that I am now 85, meaning that surgery and related are a bit more challenging than they were. i continue to be very pleased with her and her staff, as has been the case since roughly 1990, when I first went to her.
she has worked on a variety of problems, including the reconstruction of the base of my right thumb, a seriously infected thumbnail (not really her line of work, but it was an emergency.)
It's not really relevant, but I want to add that she and her staff have a god sense of humour, which can help a good deal at times.

They used antiquated x-Provider name locked. equipment that uses film (not digital) to x-Provider name locked. his foot. The doctor said our son had a broken toe and gave him an oversized boot to wear for two weeks. The total time the doctor spent with us was two minutes and he never showed us the x-Provider name locked. , despite my wife requesting to see it twice during our visit. Our son refused to wear the boot when we got home and he was running around like crazy without any problems. This made us question if he even had a broken toe. I called the main office to request a copy of the x-Provider name locked. . I was told that they would call me back to let me know how much it would cost, but I never heard back from them. My experience with Pediatric Othopaedic Associates was pretty much disappointing all-around and I would not recommend them to anyone I cared about.

You instantly know about a doctor and get a good feeling about them. I liked him so much, I asked him if he would see adults. He had great bedside manner with my son. He was very well recommended by another doctor. His recommendation was spot-on. I like his knowledge in his area of expertise. I would highly recommend him and totally feel comfortable letting him work on my son.- Carolyn P.
