  • I was referred to Dr. Provider name locked. by a freind who is a dentist and had surgery done at the Hospital for Special Surgery. I felt even more comfortable when I saw that he was listed in the "BEST DOCTORS" report and book.

Dr. Provider name locked. 's approach is patient and relaxed. He takes time to listen and his examination was very thorough and complete.

In addition to his physical examination of me, he studied the original MRI films as well as the associated readings of the MRI's and indicated the seriousness of the problem. I was impressed that he did not rely only on the evaluation by the physician who read the MRI, but wanted to evaluate the films directly for himself.

He then shifted his schedule to accomidate me ASAP.

The surgery was successful and went very well. I believe that I would have had major problems if I had followed other advise and not been lucky enough to find Dr. Provider name locked. .

He answered all my questions and was clear and complete in his explanations. I felt very comfortable with and trusting of his diagnosis. My experience with Dr. Provider name locked. 's examination and diagnosis was very reassuring.

My wife was equally impressed and pleased with him.

I recommend him without any reservation - I would not go anywhwere else.

Dr. Provider name locked. 's office was always helpful and efficient.

  • He was unable to deal with a complicated health problem and could have cost my daughter her life. She had to go to another doctor who ultimately solved her problem. He is not equipped at this point in his career to handle anything that is unusual or hard to diagnose. His staff is horrible -- I think he got them out of a welfare to work program.

  • Initailly, I was very impressed wth Dr. Provider name locked. , and to be fair she is probably an excellent doctor. Her billing and communication is so terrible, though, even after I wrote to her personally and asked her to clear it up, that I do not think it is worth the aggravation and cannot recommend her. First the good: She is a participating proivider on my plan. I needed a referral for a sleep study and a prescription for physical therapy for my lower back. My insurance website said that a neurologist could do both. I called her office and they said she does both, So I made an appointment. When I met with her, she immediately said she does not deal with sleep studies and would be happy to refer me elsewhere. So her office was misinformed, and that was annoying to me. But to her credit, she examined me fully and wrote a prescription for p.t. without ordering all those unnecessary tests. She struck me as highly competant in her field of expertise. She offered to review a list of primary care physicians and help me choose one. I paid my co-pay and left her office pleasantly surprised that I got lucky in choosing a doctor from my plan's website. Then I started getting bills, even though I paid my co-pay. I called at least three times, but I kept getting a bill for $510. So I wrote to Dr. Provider name locked. , saying that I was getting billed in error and to please deal with her Provider name locked. (actually I said something like "you're a good brain doctor - work on their brains"). Still, I keep getting billed. Last week I went into the office and her staff tried to straighten it out, faxing stuff to the billers, but it has yet to be cleared up. I really do not need the aggravation of getting bills that I do not owe -- the next step will be a collection agent who won't care if I owe it or not and it will go on my credit report. Considering I wrote to Dr. Provider name locked. directly, she is not blameless in this regard. Again, I have no complaints about her medical skill or bedside manner - but she's giving me indigestion!
