Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • If you don't care about your dog, your wallet or your sanity, this is the place for you. If not, avoid this place like the plague. Do not trust reviews you read online. They pay people to put favorable reviews so the bad reviews get pushed to the back of any Provider name locked. .

    item 1: care of dog
    1. DOGS HAVE DIED IN THEIR DAYCARE. They put small dogs in with big, aggressive dogs. Unless you Provider name locked. the new Provider name locked. post you will not easily find this information.
    2. They barely walk the dogs around the block. They count the minute they enter the bldg. to exiting the bldg. within the 1/2 hour walk. It boils down to 20 min or less for a walk
    3. Regardless of what they promise you, they will walk your dog with other dogs. At this price point, if you want a private walk, you get a private walk. Every other service that charges $20 per walk gets a private walk.
    4. They have a two hour window for every walk. So some nights, they pick up at 5, the next night it might be 7. This is no way to treat a dog. They can't hold it like that.
    Item 2: Money
This is an extremely expensive service. However, they claim to have luxury service. HA! I had a "package" which meant 2 walk per day every day of the month. From time to time, I put my two dogs in their kennel (before I knew about the deaths). They could never get the bill straight. I escalated this to management. After a week of phone calls at 2 pm on Friday (I started on Monday am)they send an excuse. It was still wrong. They had overcharged me several times. The thing is, they have to have your credit card on file. So they just charge and charge. Part of the problem is too many cooks in the kitchen. That is, anyone who answers the phone can charge your card. Not a good idea. One way they over charge, is multiple employees will call to renew and that hits your card every time. So I was charged multiple times $800 in one month. I did get it cleared up but it was a battle.
    Item 3: Sanity
    1. The vast majority of the walkers are middle age Provider name locked. . This is not a service populated with college students. I am female. I was hit on by multiple walkers. One walker came to walk the dogs and said "It's my birthday, I get a kiss from you." And he planted one right on the mouth, with an open mouth no less. They did fire the guy. However, they did offer me anything. They did not even offer an apology. This is enough not to use them again.
Also, they SELL DOGS. They will take in some abandoned dog and then charge as though it were a thoroughbred puppy (i.e. hundreds or thousands of dollars.)
    2. The people they hire as walkers are also incredibly stupid. I live in a doorman bldg. You must be announced before you are allowed upstairs. I live on the 19th floor, which means you take an elevator. So, there is a few minutes between the time you are announced and the time you get up the stairs. I do not know exactly when you are in front of my door..That means, you need to simply push the doorbell button once you are upstairs. I am not psychic and I do not know how long it will take you to get up to my floor. This was ongoing battle. The walkers are so lazy they told me that since they must be announced, they don't need to ring the doorbell. How stupid and lazy can you get?
If you love or just kind of like your animal (if you are reading this, you love them), do not every, ever, ever use this place. The items are just some of the craziness I put up with for months. Do not be fooled by their center, their car that picks up your dog, or website reviews. I joined Angie's List because I could not find reliable reviews online. When looking for this service, really do your homework. I now have a woman with her own service. It is much smaller. She is prompt, rings the doorbell, and doesn't try to kiss me!

  • Simply put, this is the worst daycare/boarding facility I have ever used, or for that matter, ever heard of. Reading this page I am forced to wonder how much time the owner spends writing his own reviews. And let's be honest, if the best they can brag about is an iPhone app, that should tell you everything you need to know about them and exactly where their priorities are. After paying nearly three times the quoted price for my dog’s “evaluation”, I proceeded to make a reservation to board him while I had to be away on business. After dropping him off, it took three days for them to call me and inform me of an issue with Provider name locked. regarding his health. That was and is completely unacceptable. Upon the advice of my vet and the daycare/boarding facility that I trust and used before I moved to Minneapolis, I came to believe that such a severe and sudden change in behavior, as was described to me by them, could only be attributable to one of three issues, that he was sick, injured or being mistreated. To be clear, I am not saying they abused him. But at least, they were incompetent enough to not notice that he was having a problem, and to not call me in time to try and sort it out. Instead, they waited until I had no choice but to fly back to the cities at great expense and pick up Provider name locked. and bring him to a vet myself. When I got him back (after being threatened by the owner, Provider name locked. , that he would not be returned to me over a dispute about the amount I was being charged), he was jumpy, skittish and visibly upset. He had lost almost 5 pounds in less than four days and he only weighed 28 pounds to begin with. He was also dirty, and smelled like urine. When I called to discuss the matter with him, Provider name locked. was confrontational and entirely unapologetic. This place and it’s owner are unprofessional, irresponsible and, in my opinion, unsafe. Save yourself the headache, and please save your dog the trauma and Provider name locked. ’t use this facility.

  • They were wonderful. We do not use them now because we are too far away. They were in my old neighborhood. They were professional, friendly and clean. We liked the way they treated the dogs. They charged $35 a day. We would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
