  • Mentor is a crook and took advantage of a elderly women's kindness. After review all his work done was wrong l. He completely over charged for everything. Example charged 28000 for custom kitchen cabinetry and while on vacation tried to sneak in IKEA furniture. Also we asked for sound proof floor His quote said it would be 10000 dollars. Instead did researched and found on Amazon for 500. That's a 20 times the Provider name locked. up. Also charge 20000 to install hardwood flooring. Install fake wood which I found out cost 3000. Another thing he put all our appliance under his name for the Provider name locked. points. WHY WOULD I WANT MY APPLIANCE UNDER HIS NAME. Also asked for 5 yr warranty and got a letter from Provider name locked. saying our 1 yr warranty was up. This man can't be trusted. Also lack of professional came one day smelling of alcohol said I just had a drink before coming it was 11 am. Also screamed at my wife when I wasn't there. I had to have him escorted out by my doorman because of this. Do not trust this man (IF BE NEEDED I HAVE ALL EMAILS TO PROVE THIS ALL OF THIS).

  • Provider name locked. Feculak whose company Provider name locked. had done extensive work in my house 11 years ago by gutting

    my bungalow and adding a second floor and attic, was called upon again to repair the water damage house due to burst pipes in the winter of 2014.

    Even though he had moved to North Provider name locked. from New Provider name locked. , when I called him from London, England he agreed to drive from

    North Provider name locked. to New Provider name locked. , spend three weeks remodeling my house, and sending me videos of his and his workers progress.

    He dried out the first and second floors with dehumidifiers, ripping out all the water damaged ceilings, wall and floors.

    In the kitchen, he installed solid wood cabinets and granite tabletop, sink, flooring, lighting and appliances. In the bathroom on the on the main floor, he installed new ceilings and walls, replaced the wash sink and mirror cabinet and shelving, and did new tiling on the floor and around the bathtub. The same was done in the bathroom on the second floor. The whole of the main floor was repainted with environmentally friendly paint.      

    On the main floor and second floor bedrooms, he installed new Provider name locked. -in-groove flooring. The two bedrooms on the second floor had new ceilings and walls installed and completely repainted.

    All the work was done professionally and without my physically being there. His work was excellent and I approved everything through the videos he sent me.

  • We purchased a home built by Provider name locked. located in Provider name locked. Beach, S.C. and there have been several issues that have not been addressed.  Primarily, our sod was put down in October and it never took.  It actually froze during the winter months and it never grew.  In addition, there have been tremendous puddling and mudding issues in the front and backyard, as well as on the sides of the house.  This is due mostly because the landscaping was not grated correctly and the drainage was done incorrectly. Some months after the construction, we chose to increase the size of our patio. (We decided to add more cement so as not to see all of the dead grass and weeds.)  We hired outside workers to complete the job because we've been so dissatisfied with Flagship.  During this process, as the contractors dug to level the floor to put in the concrete, they were unable to continue because they found a large wooden palette in the ground.  This palette caused massive puddling about two feet deep! This palette was left in the backyard and covered up by Flagship workers when they initially sodded the backyard. (Shoddy workmanship!)

    Our dissatisfaction with Flagship started when it was time for our 6 month walk through.  We tried so many times to contact Provider name locked. , the Superintendent, in order to schedule the walkthrough and fix certain things.  However, he hardly ever returned phone calls. It seems as though once the house was built, he washed his hands of it and has never helped us since (poor customer service!) We ended up calling the co-owner, Provider name locked. , to discuss the sod issue.  Initially the co-owner blamed us for ruining the sod and then decided to send away for soil tests.  It took over a month for them to receive their test results, which they never shared with us.  We decided to send away for soil tests and the results came back in exactly two weeks, and stated that the soil was not tampered with.  The co-owner then decided that he wanted to send away for more soil tests, which we never received then called us and said that the yard was damaged (blaming my neighbor) and that he was not fixing it. 

    On Provider name locked. 2, 2015, we drove back to our driveway to find three men on our lawn.  One from their soil testing facility (Provider name locked. ) and two landscapers from Flagship poking around on our property. (Ummm... wouldn't you call us to say that you are sending people over to look at the lawn?! ) The soil Provider name locked. plainly stated that the issues we are having are due to 1) the timing of when Flagship layed down the sod.  He said it was because of mother nature and the sod freezing and then dying before having a Provider name locked. to root and grow. 2)  Drainage issues and that if not fixed that we will continue to have lawn issues. And 3) that the lawn was not grated correctly and that Flagship put down practically no topsoil.  We were relieved to hear the Provider name locked. say the reasons for these issues (which we were saying all along!); however, we have yet to hear from Flagship on how they will resolve these issues for us. 

    So... we've had a really rough time with Flagship to say the least.  It's been frustrating trying to build our home and having to see dead grass and puddles surrounding our property.  We would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible, but Flagship has been uncooperative, abrasive, offensive, accusatory, and unwilling to help us.
